    Ashley Lynn Ademir Cruz, 31, Sandy Creek Road, Pembroke — felony theft by receiving property stolen in another state, marijuana possession (less than 1 ounce), possession of drug-related objects.
    Marcus Jermaine Austin, 38, Creekside Way, Metter — sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, misdemeanor obstruction of officers.
    Bobby Wayne Daw, 42, Joe Robert Tillman Road — cocaine possession.
    Kylor Jay Gregory, 22, Lanier Drive — wanted person (Tattnall County).
    Deangelo Demetre Holt, 27, South Zetterower Avenue — driving with suspended license, speeding.

INCIDENT REPORTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    MILL CREEK ROAD — A woman reported unauthorized transactions on her Apple iTunes account totaling $83.95. “She has notified Apple and has removed all methods of payment from the account, though the transactions have continued,” noted the reporting officer. This was listed as an identity fraud case.

Statesboro Police Department
    LANIER DRIVE — A woman reported that her estranged spouse grabbed her by the throat.
    BRAMPTON AVENUE — A black and red Huffy 26-inch cruiser bicycle was reported stolen Friday.
    OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS — An apartment resident reported that her roommate made unwanted sexual contact with her. Statesboro police logged the incident as sexual battery but, because of the location, turned the case over to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued three traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted six motorists. They also filed reports of three accidents Monday, including two in parking areas and one on Akins Boulevard at Veterans Memorial Parkway.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
    Last week in Bulloch County, troopers investigated 29 crashes with 14 reported injuries and arrested 10 drivers on DUI charges.
    Also, troopers issued the following: 27 citations and four warnings for seatbelt violations; two citations for child restraint violations; 14 citations and 38 warnings for speeding.
