Arrests
    Eric Brinson, 46, Poplar Street — probation violation.
    Arthur Sampson Jr., 22, Kennedy Bridge Road, Register — cocaine possession.
    William Wilson Muns, 21, Buck Road, Sylvania — probation violation.
    Alexsa Jaramillo—Granados, 19, Dixon Grove Circle, Metter — suspended license, failure to maintain lane, DUI under 21 and underage possession of alcohol.
    Nicholas Stephen Bradford, 21, Hearthstone Way, Woodstock — public intoxication.
    James Alexander Brannen III, 23, Mill Creek Estates — suspicious person, obstruction.

Incidents
    STADIUM WALK — A woman said a man took her phone and grabbed her hand.
    PALMETTO COURT — A man said a woman broke an apartment window.
    SUCCESS COURT — A man and woman argued and he tried to hit her with his crutch.
    STAMBUK LANE — A keyboard was stolen from a car.
    RUSTY’S TAVERN — A woman punched another in the face.
    JOHNSON STREET — A woman said a man removed her dog from a chain and allowed his dog to attack her dog.
    MIKE-ANN DRIVE — A TV was stolen.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Arrests
    Dionysisus Trammelle Hearns, 20, Cordell Street, Savannah — theft by taking motor vehicle, felony theft by receiving stolen property.
    Jesse Tyrone Sanders, 23, Buchan Road, Pembroke — theft by taking motor vehicle, felony theft by receiving stolen property.
    Dominic Manwell Williams, 19, East 33rd Street, Savannah — theft by taking motor vehicle, felony theft by receiving stolen property, speeding/attempt to elude, no driver’s license, failure to maintain lane, failure to obey traffic device, driving on the wrong side of the road.

Incidents
    NEVILS DENMARK ROAD — (Nevils) A woman reported that someone tried breaking into her home.
    COUNTRY CLUB ROAD — A tiller, circular saw, pole saw, miter saw, chainsaw and gas cans were stolen.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
Arrests
    Dennis Hagan, 45, Carver Street — DUI (refused test).
    Between Friday and Sunday, troopers issued five seat belt violation citations, one child restraint citation, and 16 speeding citations.
    On Tuesday, troopers issued one citation.

Incidents
    Between Friday and Sunday, troopers investigated nine crashes with three reported injuries, stopped 91 vehicles, patrolled 1,173 miles, issued 64 speeding warnings, performed two road checks, and assisted a motorist.
    On Tuesday, troopers investigated five crashes with no reported injuries, stopped seven vehicles, issued four speeding warnings and 11 total warnings, assisted one motorist and patrolled 160 miles.
     
GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Officers issued 15 traffic citations Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
    Kellan J. Seiwart, 21, Savannah — public drunkenness and obstruction-misdemeanor.
    Ricky Lee Lewis, 22, Sylvania — wanted person.           Kyle Darien Morris, 20, Riceboro — driving with a suspended license and headlights required.
    Officers issued three traffic citations Tuesday.

Incidents
    Officers issued 13 traffic warnings and assisted 13 motorists.
    LOT 21 — Officers made contact with a subject reported to have been looking in vehicle windows in Lot 21. Information on the subject was taken and the subject released.
    HAUNTED FOREST — An officer took an incident report for an injured person. EMS was notified, responded and transported the injured person for further medical treatment.
    COLLEGE VIEW APARTMENTS — Officers assisted Statesboro police with a reported fight.
Officers issued four traffic warnings and assisted nine motorists Tuesday.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Officers responded in reference to an affray. The two offenders were verbally arguing, separated and advised to leave the Recreation Activity Center for the evening.
