    Michael Daniel Keldie, 18, Masonic Street, Millen — theft by shoplifting.
    Henry Ericson Brannen, 31, East Main Street — loitering, public intoxication, disorderly conduct.
    Adam Chandler O’Neal, 26, Lanier Drive — theft by shoplifting.

    THE GROVE APARTMENTS — A woman slapped her boyfriend and he punched a hole in the wall during an argument.
    BELK — A man was arrested for stealing a ball cap. In a separate incident, a man shoplifted $183 worth of clothing items.
    WOODLANDS APARTMENTS — A woman reported the theft of a jar of “tart berry juice,” coffee, creamer, sea salt, jasmine rice, a bottled smoothie, a frozen microwavable rice meal, a jar of aloe vera and honey, spices and other health food. In a separate incident, a tenant reported a bicycle missing.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A juvenile said another man struck him with a belt several times after an argument over the complainant dancing in front of the offender’s home.

    Timothy Allen Lowery, 36, Sand Hill Lane, Sylvania — no insurance.
    Jackie Mobley, 59, Egret Place — third-degree cruelty to children, terroristic threats.
    Karen Ann Mosley, 45, W. Waters Road — simple assault.
    Weylon Robert Wallace, 35, Newton Mobile Home Park — obstruction, giving false identification, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    Alicia Shante Adams, 28, Effingham Highway, Sylvania — open container, DUI.
    Bartolo Joaquin Hernandez, 25, U.S. Highway 301 South — public intoxication, obstruction.
    Randy Demetrius Perkins, 33, Poplar Street — no driver’s license.
    Diquan D’Andrea Brunson, 17, Kennedy Bridge Road, Register — statutory rape, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    Parker Williamson Coleman, 21, Catherine Street — public intoxication, underage possession of alcohol, unlawful use of a license.
    Michael Christopher Collins, 27, Hebron Road, Garfield — marijuana possession, suspended license, no insurance.
    WOODSHOLE CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A woman said her estranged husband grabbed her and made motions as if he were pointing a gun at her during a domestic argument.
    SANDPIPER DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said her husband came to her daughter’s home and waved a gun, threatening to “blow her brains out” in front of juvenile children. The man denied having a gun, claiming it was a flashlight, and admitted using profanity while confronting his wife about extramarital affairs. He was arrested.
    U.S. HIGHWAY 80 EAST — A man reported the theft of two Dodge engines, two engine stands, a Briggs & Stratton go-cart engine, lawn mower motor, and various engine parts.

    Officers issued one traffic citation Monday.
    William Powell Flowers, 20, Georgia Avenue — wanted person (Clarke County for giving false information to an officer and underage possession of alcohol).

    Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted seven motorists Monday.
    KNIGHT DRIVE — A pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and two wallets with a small amount of cash were stolen.
    DINING COMMONS — Officers responded to reports of disorderly students. The disorderly students were judicially referred to school officials for punishment.  
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Officers responded in reference to two subjects damaging property. Both subjects were intoxicated and judicially referred to school officials for punishment for alcohol violations.
