Clayton Michael Hyde, 22, North Edgewood Drive — open container, theft by taking government property, public intoxication.
WEST INMAN STREET — Someone broke in and stole a laptop computer, reports stated.
WILLOW BEND APARTMENTS — A pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and $20 cash were stolen from a vehicle.
Another resident reported the theft of a DVD player, baseball bat, and pepper spray from a home.
HAWTHORNE ROAD –A pair of sunglasses and an iPod Touch were stolen from a car.
UNIVERSITY PLAZA — Several offenders fought and one was treated for injuries at the hospital.
UNIVERSITY VILLAGE AT SOUTHERN — A man reported a laptop computer stolen.
VIEWPOINT DRIVE — A woman said a man shoved and grabbed her.
STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A student making a scene, causing a disturbance and threatening others with harm was also found to have a knife on her person.
WALMART — A man was arrested for stealing batteries and a Butterfinger candy bar.
In a separate incident, a man stole a scented wax melting dish and scented was melts as well as plug-in air fresheners.
MIDTOWN (formerly The Grill) A man said several people fought near his car and caused a dent.
MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DRIVE — A man said another man punched him, causing injury.
L&D PRODUCE — Someone broke in and stole bottled drinks and cookies.
SAVE-A-LOT — A woman shoplifted several bottles of seasoning, sausage, hot dogs and pork ribs.
MIKELL STREET — A man who argued with a man he said was known by the name “Dog” ended up with a broken jaw after the disagreement became physical.
GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — A woman received threats of bodily harm from two different phone numbers if she did not stop talking to a certain man.
COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES — A man reported a tablet stolen.
In a separate incident, a man said four men attacked him, causing injuries.
GEORGIA VILLAS — Someone reported a burglary where a laptop computer was taken.
NORTH MAIN STREET/BP STATION — A woman left $600 on the counter and video shows a man taking it.
WILDWOOD VILLAS — A woman said her child’s father injured her wrist by grabbing her. The man said he grabbed her when she grabbed their son after he refused to get in the car. He said he never grabbed the woman. The son wanted to stay with the father so he could go out to eat with family members he had not seen in a while.
BEASLEY ROAD — A woman said a man threatened her with bodily harm.

Troopers issued three seat belt citations, 28 speeding citations, one child restraint citation and 48 total citations Friday through Sunday.

Troopers investigated 20 crashes with one fatality and eight reported injuries; stopped 70 vehicles; patrolled 1,054  miles; issued no seatbelt warnings,  22 speeding warnings and 53 total warnings; and assisted one motorist Friday through Sunday.

Officers issued 20 traffic citations Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Kayla Elizabeth Wootton, 19, Rucker Lane — underage possession of alcohol. 
Taylor McRae Burke, 21 , Georgia Highway 67 — public indecency.
Jackson David Bell, 20, Olympic Boulevard — underage possession of alcohol, public indecency.
Garrett Michael Scheile, 20, Bruiser Circle —  possession of false identification, public indecency and underage possession of alcohol. 
Javontis Dashawn Powell, 20, Rucker Lane — criminal trespass.

Officers issued 20 traffic warnings and assisted  seven motorists Friday-Sunday.
RUSSELL UNION PARKING LOT — A woman said she loaned her ear buds to a man who refused to return them because he sold them.
EAGLE VILLAGE — Officers responded to a domestic dispute. The complainant desired no action be taken by police and signed a release of prosecution form. 
THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — Officers assisted the Statesboro Police Department with an armed robbery. GSU police officers located the robbery suspects, detained them and turned them over to the Statesboro Police Department. The suspects were arrested.
UNIVERSITY PLAZA — Officers discovered an intoxicated female lying on the pavement at University Plaza. She was arrested.
RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Officers made contact with a subject who had been banned on for a previous theft. He was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
EAGLE VILLAGE — Officers responded to a fire alarm caused by tenants striking sprinkler heads with a plate they were using as a Frisbee. Two offenders were judicially referred to school officials for punishment.
