STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
    Perry L. Cooper Jr., 27, Sandy Way — probation violation.

Incidents
    FINCH’S TRAILER PARK — A man was arrested on outstanding warrants after police responded to a domestic argument.
    HENRY STREET — A stove and refrigerator were stolen.
    MIKELL STREET — A woman said she and another female got into fist fight during an argument. The other woman left before police arrived.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A tenant reported mustard, ketchup and toilet paper were put on the residence and in the bushes.
    HAWTHORNE APARTMENTS — A purse and contents were taken from a vehicle.
    WALMART — Two men stole a flat-screen TV and were not apprehended.
    GENTILLY DRIVE — A woman reported her house being shot with paintball guns by unknown men in an unidentified vehicle.
    PROCTOR STREET — A woman said someone threw food and confetti on her parked cars.
    JOHNSON STREET — A woman said her brother pulled her into his room and punched her in the head.
    DIXIE FOOD STORE — A man said someone shoplifted three cans of Keystone Light beer.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Arrests
    Shantoria Lee Carter, 29, Georgia Highway 29, Garfield — bench warrant, bail jumping, theft by shoplifting, cocaine possession.
    Kenyata Patrice Hills,25, Eason Street — probation violation.
 
Incidents
    BEN GRADY COLLINS ROAD — A woman dialed 911 while she and a man were arguing. She told deputies she dialed by mistake but would leave the home. Deputies overheard the man tell her she could not take the crib for their baby and he would file for custody of the child. The woman was given information to contact Safe Haven.
    BROOKLET—LEEFIELD ROAD — (Brooklet) A man is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of persons responsible for driving in his peanut fields, causing damage. Anyone with information can call Brooklet Police at (912) 842-9911 or sheriff’s office at (912) 764-8888.
    BUCHANS ROAD — (Pembroke) A man and woman told deputies neighbor’s cats tore underpinning from their trailer. They confronted their neighbor, who cursed them and ordered them off their property, they said. Deputies spoke with the neighbors, who said their only cat was an inside cat and the cats responsible for the damage were strays. They said Bulloch Humane Enforcement was aware and were trying to trap the strays.
    MAY ROAD — (Ellabell) A man told deputies another man and a woman drove past his home, yelling profanities and “shooting birds.”

Arrests
    Officers issued no traffic citations Wednesday.

Incidents
    Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted five motorists  Wednesday.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — A woman told police a man she knows by name stares at her and breathes hard. Every time she goes to the library he tries to sit next to her, she said. He showed her a self-portrait that was a devil, and it frightened her. She said he also sat at a gas station where she parked and followed her on campus. Police banned the man from campus for a year.
