    David Gregory Combs, 18, Plantation Road, Brunswick — public intoxication, underage possession of alcohol.
    Joseph Rich, 38, Tamo Lane — suspended license.
    Arnell Porter Jr., 26, Montego Lane, Claxton — suspended license, aggressive driving.
    Jordan Christopher Gunter, 22, Stonebrooke Court — improper lane change, suspended license, seat belt violation.
    Patricia Huesca, 39, North College Street, Metter — theft by shoplifting.
    Maria Plancarte, 21, North College Street, Metter — theft by shoplifting.
    Taveous D’angelo Mazyck, 21, Lanier Drive — failure to yield, marijuana possession.
    Michael A. Edge, 18, Centennial Place — theft by shoplifting.
    Aaron Francis Hind, 18, Eagle Village — theft by shoplifting.
    Jourian K. Atchison, 18, Knight Drive — possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, marijuana possession.
    Candice Oshanne Wigfall, 20, Stambuk Lane — theft by shoplifting.

    HARVEYS/FAIR ROAD — Management reported an employee made several fraudulent Western Union transactions.
    WALMART — Two women shoplifted $300 worth of food,  clothes hangers, washcloths,  glue traps, a lava lamp, pens, a DVD player, shoes and a computer mouse.
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — A man reported an Xbox 360, computer system, TV and video games stolen.
    COLLEGE PLAZA — A woman said her children’s father fought with her and her boyfriend, and pulled into their path after chasing them in his car.
    DONNIE SIMMONS WAY — A student at the Cedarwood GNETS program threatened a teacher with bodily harm.
    MORRIS STREET — A man said his brother struck him before grabbing a knife and threatening to kill him.
    NELSON WAY — A man and woman argued over his coming home intoxicated.
    FINCH’S TRAILER PARK — A man reported the theft of a pack of chicken, a pack of pork chops and a bag of popcorn.
    COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES — Residents found an unknown man passed out drunk on their porch. Police arrested the man for underage drinking and public intoxication.
    TRACE VILLAS — A woman struck a man who did not like the fact that she had moved in with his girlfriend.
    ASPEN HEIGHTS — Someone stole a homemade homecoming banner.
    INMAN LANE — Bulloch County Humane Enforcement picked up a dog that a woman said bit her 11 times when she went to visit a friend, the dog’s owner, who was not home at the time.
    UNIVERSITY PLAZA — A woman said someone stole a purse from a car.
    MOCKINGBIRD LANE — A woman said her ex-husband threatened her when he called. He called repeatedly after being told not to do so, she said.
    BOWEN COIN AND JEWELRY — Police are investigating a burglary. Reports did not list missing items, and cited a damaged door.

    Vincent Lamar Carter, 24, East 33rd Street, Savannah — probation violation.

    LANDINGS PARKWAY — (Statesboro) A man said someone stole speakers and power cords from a vehicle.
    WESTSIDE ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said his brother threatened to kill him and his family, stating they would be “ taking their last drink today.”
    CLAUDE BROWN LANE — (Portal) A woman said a man threatened her. Her hid in the woods after he found out she contacted law enforcement.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL — A woman and a teenager were arrested for involvement in a fight.
    KIWANIS OGEECHEE FAIR — (Statesboro) A man said a woman quit working for him in a booth at the fair, and stole over $350.

    Officers issued six traffic citations Monday.
    Solomon Haiti Crawford, 20, South Main Street — theft by deception.

    Officers issued nine traffic warnings and assisted seven motorists Monday.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — three accident calls, one call to the Bulloch County coroner, one first responder call and 11 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS —six medical calls.
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and two medical calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Monday: 27 hang-up calls, a call to Bryan County 911 and a call to Tattnall County 911.
