Police Report - 10-3-13; A man reported the theft of four batteries from a bobtail tractor.

    Joshua Tillman, 23, Stadium Walk Apartments — possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of MDMA (Ecstasy) with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession/use of a drug-related object, unlawful use of communication facilities.
    Tameisha Manda Washington, 19, St. George Boulevard — expired tag, driving without a license, giving false information.
    Gwendolyn Brown Johnson, 60, Elm Street — registration/license violation, suspended license.
    Xavier Lee Mercer, 21, Wilton Drive — possession/use of a drug-related object, marijuana possession.
    Rico Demond Lundy, 31, Simons Road — pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs, cocaine possession with intent to distribute, loitering/prowling, obstruction.
    Carlton Jerome Warren, 27, Stacey Avenue, Newington — loitering/prowling, obstruction, criminal trespass.

    WAFFLE HOUSE (Northside Drive East) — Four men left the restaurant after consuming four meals for which they did not pay.
    POUND DRIVE — Someone threw mustard, shaving cream and toilet paper on a home.
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — Speakers and an amplifier were stolen from a car.
    SOUTHERN WELLNESS AND REHAB — A woman said landscapers have discovered used condoms and empty plastic baggies, as well as tire tracks, behind the business. An extra watch has been posted.
    RUSTY’S TAVERN — Two men said another man attacked them, unprovoked, before fleeing. They were treated by EMS at the scene and each denied transport.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman jumped on a car being repossessed, and was injured. She denied treatment by EMS.
    CARTUNZ — Several vehicle parts were reported stolen in a burglary.
    CEDARWOOD GNETS PROGRAM — (Donnie Simmons Way) A student struck another in the head. The victim grabbed the suspect’s notebook, causing the offender to drop and break a cellphone.
    GOODWILL — A woman left a wallet in a dressing room. When she returned, $40 was missing from the wallet.

    Jerome Anthony Davis, 25, Old U.S. Highway 1, Wadley — obstruction.
    Timmie Jerome Davis, 28, Matthews Road — obstruction, suspended license.
    Sheena Simone Wilkerson, 24, Steeplechase Court — battery.
    Derek Harlyn Patrick, 35, Old River Road South, Brooklet — fourth-degree forgery.

    REEDY BRANCH ROAD — A woman said her estranged husband, who she had left six weeks prior, harasses her daily through visits and calls. He threatened to have her fired and have her power of attorney over her mother transferred to him, and has canceled her checking account.
    PATRIOT INN — (Register) A man and woman fraudulently used another person’s credit card to reserve and pay for a room.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 67 — A woman found unresponsive in her car awoke to deputies’ calls in an irate manner. She was abusive and disorderly, and after several small white baggies, one with a white residue, were found in her car, she was arrested for possession of a drug-related object.
    BILL FUTCH ROAD — (Ellabell) A man reported the theft of four commercial batteries from a bobtail tractor rig.
    AIRPORT BOULEVARD — A man received a call on his work cellphone from an unknown caller who told him if he did not “call the high school” he would not see his kids again. His daughter, a student at a local high school, was put under protective watch.

    Martin Adetito Adebowale, 21, Georgia Highway 67 — theft by receiving stolen property.
    Jerrean Kearus Hughes, 18, Rucker Lane — robbery, burglary and simple battery.
    Mary Elizabeth Dillard, 18, Lanier Drive — robbery, burglary and simple battery. 
    Derrick Scott Ramage, 18, Chandler Road — underage possession of alcohol, public indecency. 

    Officers issued no traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Tuesday.
    C-LOT — Two doors were stolen off a golf cart belonging to the Department of Housing.
    NESSMITH-LANE CONFERENCE CENTER — Officers discovered an intoxicated male at the PAC/Nessmith-Lane parking lot. He was arrested for indecent exposure and underage possession of alcohol.
