    Catherine Michelle Davis, 17, Settlement Road — theft by shoplifting.

Incidents
    AARON’S SALES AND LEASING — A woman who rented a Blu-ray player pawned it.
    PO JO’S/ WEST MAIN STREET — A man said another man struck him several times because he did not give him a lighter.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A man said a woman stole a knife and pepper spray.
    UNIVERSITY PINES — A woman reported a lap top computer stolen.

Arrests
    Christopher Alan Bray, 26, Mud Road, Brooklet — possession of a Schedule Iv controlled substance, probation violation.

Incidents
    BROOKWOOD DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man was arrested on DUI charges after flipping his Ford F150 in a person’s yard and leaving the scene.
    MUD ROAD — (Brooklet) A man tried hiding under a car when deputies arrived to serve a warrant, but they found him and took him to jail.

    Officers wrote five traffic warnings and assisted five motorists Thursday.
    RUSSELL UNION —Officers responded to the Rotunda in reference to a suspicious person.  The person was dressed in costume promoting an upcoming event.
