Incidents
    GARY’S FOOD MART — Someone broke into the store and stole three packs of Newport cigarettes after shattering a glass door.
    SAVE-A-LOT — A woman said someone stole a purse and prescription pain medication from her car.
    TRANSITIONS LEARNING CENTER — One student was sent to Claxton Regional Youth Detention Center and another one turned over to parents after a drug complaint was investigated.

Incidents
    Officers issued one traffic warning Thursday.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — Officers investigated a loud noise complaint.
    SOUTHERN PINES — Officers responded to a drug complaint where one occupant was judicially referred to university officials for disciplinary action.
    MATH/PHYSICS BUILDING — Officers made contact with a suspicious person who was arrested and charged with stealing a bicycle.
