ARRESTS
Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Brooklet Police Department
    Officers issued three speeding citations, one suspended license citation and two seat belt violation citations last week.

    STEPHENS-LITTLE ROAD — (Register) A man said he saw a suspicious man on his property. The trespasser fled when confronted.
    J.A. HART ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported several power tools stolen.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL — Two male youths were arrested for underage drinking and one was charged with stealing a pair of sunglasses from a car.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Oct. 8-14.
    Surrendered by owners — 10 dogs and 10 cats in rural area; a dog and five cats from Statesboro city limits.
    Collected by humane officers — nine dogs and 19 cats from rural areas; 10 cats and seven dogs from Statesboro city limits.
    Adopted from shelter — none.
    Reclaimed by owners — four dogs.
    Died at shelter — one cat.
    Euthanized — no animals euthanized during this period.
    Fees collected - $440.
