STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
    Joshua James, 26, Bermuda Run — simple assault, criminal trespass.

Incidents
    FEDERAL BUILDING/NORTH MAIN STREET — Police were called to a domestic disturbance in the parking lot. No arrests were made.
    FOX RIDGE APARTMENTS — Complainants said offenders threatened them with harm and threatened to get a gun to do further harm. The offenders denied the accusations, and one was served with a criminal trespass warning.
    DAVIS STREET — A man was bitten by a dog and taken to the hospital for treatment. Bulloch County Humane Enforcement is investigating and seized the dogs involved.
    PROCTOR STREET — A man said someone used his Social Security number to file fraudulent tax returns.

Arrests
    Stephen Richard Ebeling Sr., 52, Olliff Hill Road — felony theft by taking, interference with government property, criminal trespass.
    Deborah Lynn Knighten, 52, Groover Homes — probation violation.
    Theo Lanier Jr., 43, Buck Creek Road — simple assault, probation violation.
    Keith Lamont Lovett, 37, Turpentine Drive, Portal — sale of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
    Arnell Porter Jr., 25, Montego Lane, Claxton — criminal trespass.
    Kevin Jacob Hendrix, 19, Kendricks Road, Brooklet — underage possession of alcohol, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    Joshua Thomas Suchovsky, 19, Cottle Court — underage possession of alcohol, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, marijuana possession, obstruction, tail lights violation, open container.
Incidents
    KENDRICKS ROAD — (Brooklet) A man said people were spinning off in his yard and yelling threats to shoot people and bring others to his house.
    SIMMONS ROAD — (Statesboro) A man was arrested for stealing a flagpole, cutting it up and trying to sell it for scrap metal.
