     * Donald Kevin Morris, 37, Busby Road – child support lockup (failure to pay).
     * Charles Lucas Cannon, 28, Cowboy Way, Portal – criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, obstruction of an officer.
     * Jordan Jasona Jenkins, 22, Church Street – possession of MDMA (Ecstasy), obstruction.
     * Rhonda Joyce Snowden, 44, Nevils Groveland Road, Pembroke – criminal trespass.
     * Vincent John Butler, 40, Edgewater Road, Savannah – giving a false identity, expired tag, obstruction, driving with a suspended license.
     * Juan Eric Sauls, 18, Steven Street, Danville – burglary, second degree criminal damage to property, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, obstruction.
     * Eula Mae Moore, 62, Burkhalter Road – battery (family violence).

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued the following citations Friday – Sunday:
     * DUI arrests – Chris Mitchell McDowell, 50, Lynda Drive – DUI (.211)
     * Seatbelt citations – three.
     * Child restraint citations – one.
     * Speeding citations – three.
 
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     * Officers issued two traffic citations Friday, and two Sunday.
     * Jordan Tyler Thompson, 20, South Harney Street, Camilla — underage possession/consumption of alcohol and criminal trespass.
 
Statesboro Police Incidents
     * THE ISLANDS – A woman said her ex-boyfriend sent her violent and vulgar text messages.
     * NEW BEGINNINGS REHABILITATION – A fight broke out when one woman called the other one a “Barbie.” One woman hit the other with a purse and the other struck back with a water bottle.
     * BELK – A man was caught shoplifting a $59 Chaps sweater.
     * WENDWOOD DRIVE – A woman reported someone stole a wrought iron table and chairs from a home she looks after.
     * WAL-MART – An employee and two others were charged with felony shoplifting after investigations revealed about $3,500 were taken over a month.
     * GROOVER HOMES – A woman said her juvenile children’s uncle has been pushing them around and taking away the phone when they tried to call for help.

Bulloch Sheriff’s Incidents
     * WEST FOREST CIRCLE -  (Statesboro) A man and woman argued, and the woman’s mother told deputies the man struck her daughter in the arm and back.
     * GA. 24 – (Statesboro) A deputy responded to a call about a fire and found a gas can completely engulfed in flames.
     * R. L. LEE ROAD – (Statesboro) A man said two men who came to his house to argue with him knocked an air conditioner unit from a window.
     * LIVE OAK LANE – (Statesboro) A domestic dispute occurred when a man and woman argued with their daughter because she wanted to leave home and live with a man who was not her husband. Her husband, who is in the military, cut back on money he was sending due to his finding out she was with her ex-boyfriend, and the parents advised her to stay with them for financial purposes.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
     * FRIDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted seven motorists and investigated two accidents.
     * SATURDAY — Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted one motorist.
     * SUNDAY – No incidents reported.
     * NURSING/CHEMISTRY – Someone took a book bag from the building.
     * FOREST DRIVE — A bicycle theft was reported.
     * EAGLE VILLAGE – Someone damaged a vehicle mirror. Also, someone reported an entering auto case.
     * RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER – Someone stole a license plate from a car.
     * A case of entering auto was reported at Eagle Village.
 
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers reported the following activity over the weekend:
     * Crashes investigated – nine.
     * Fatalities reported – none.
