Statesboro Police Incidents
CONE STREET – A woman said someone called her work place, asking personal questions.
PARK PLACE APARTMENTS – A man said he and his estranged wife argued over money, and she damaged a wall as well as struck his car with a bed post. She admitted it but said she did so because he touched her inappropriately. Police arrested her.
GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS – Someone threw a concrete block through a car window and stole a wallet, sun glasses and a GPS unit.
STADIUM WALK – A rock through a glass door shattered it and someone stole a TV.
SOUTHERN COVE – Someone reported a GPS, iPod and purse stolen from a car.
KALI’S FOOD MART _ Someone stole a maroon 2004 Chevrolet Impala at gunpoint, the victim said.
LEN TENNER COURT _ a woman said her son smashed her car with a baseball bat and damaged the house with a dumbbell after she asked his girlfriend to leave.
RUDE RUDY’S – A man went to the hospital for stitches after another man punched him in the eye.
RETRIEVERS – A man said another head—butted him in the face.
PATE PLACE APARTMENTS – A woman said a man called her, threatened bodily harm and threatened to call her land lord and child welfare authorities in order to cause her trouble.
RUSTY’S TAVERN – Police responded to a call and found a man with bleeding facial injuries. He was taken to the hospital for treatment, and witnesses gave conflicting reports about what happened.
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
DYCHES ROAD – (Statesboro) A man reported seeing a white Ford Explorer in his yard, which sped away when he ran inside to ask his mother about the car.
R. L. LEE ROAD – (Statesboro) A woman said another female called her cell phone and texted her repeatedly in a harassing manner.
ARCOLA ROAD – (Brooklet) A woman said someone broke into her house and stole a lap top computer.
