    Terry Grogan Wilkerson, 45, Bryant Street — battery, disorderly conduct, public intoxication.
    Kiona Monique Smith, 19, Mulberry Court — battery, theft  by shoplifting, disorderly conduct.

    Jason Lee Thomas, 29, Packinghouse Road — DUI, speeding, obstruction of an officer, obstructing or
    hindering persons making an emergency phone call.
    Sanquell Markes Wilson, 19, Elmer Street, Metter — probation violation.
    Jonathan Bruce Cobb, 19, Bermuda Run Apartments — public intoxication, underage possession of
    alcohol.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued two traffic violation citations Thursday, four Friday, two Saturday and 12 Sunday.
    Todd Anthony Winge, 46, no specific address, Register — DUI ( .130).
    Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued one traffic citation Friday and three citations Saturday.
    Rochard Dominique Saunders, 18, Kennedy Hall — theft of mislaid property.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents
    HAIR PLUS — A woman said a deposit was not made and the employee thinks she lost the bank bag at Enmark.
    STATESBORO MALL — A woman said a man slapped her car and broke a mirror, but the man said she hit
     him with the car.
    THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — A man reported an iPod stolen from a car.
    BEALL'S OUTLET — A woman was charged with battery, disorderly conduct and shoplifting after she took $150 worth of clothes form the store.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A woman said someone came in, used her bathroom and stole her lap top computer.
    WAL—MART — A woman was charged with taking a pack of SD cards.
    GOLD CHECK TITLE PAWN — A woman reported windows on three cars were shattered.
    THE ISLANDS APARTMENTS — A police officer spotted two men who had been reported as acting suspiciously. They fled, and he found them again, but hey fled once more. The officer recovered a tee shirt and sweat shirt, and found a window shattered. The occupants said nothing was missing.
    MIMOSA COURT — A woman said her ex—husband entered her home without her permission, then went into her bedroom. She was not home, and the man said he just went to see his kids.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
    RANDY LOWERY ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of copper wire after someone cut fence.
    JOHNNY BRANNEN ROAD — (Statesboro) A Bulloch County employee reported two motor graders that were parked had been moved, and lights were left on one machine.
    WOODSHOLE CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A man and his son argued, prompting the son to leave walking and someone to call deputies for assistance.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    THURSDAY — Troopers issued two warnings and investigated two crashes.
    FRIDAY — Troopers issued   11 warnings and investigated one accident
    SATURDAY — Troopers issued 18 warnings and investigated three accidents.
    SUNDAY —Troopers issued six warnings.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    FRIDAY — Officers issued four traffic warnings, assisted three motorists, assisted one sick person, responded to two alarms and investigated one accident.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued five traffic warnings, assisted three motorists and responded to one alarm.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted three motorists, assisted one sick person and responded to one alarm.
    BIOLOGY BUILDING — Someone reported the theft of a bicycle.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Somebody keyed four vehicles.
    SOUTHERN PINES — Another car was reportedly keyed.
    Also, a resident reported someone poured bleach on their clothes.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — A bicycle was reported stolen.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — A bicycle was taken from the library.
