➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Department

▲ HIGHPOINT ROAD — A woman said she and her husband bought two vehicles for their son, who was supposed to make payments. He has not done so and refuses to tell them where one of the vehicles — a Freightliner — is located. The coupe recovered a Chevrolet Silverado.

▲ SANDY HILL LANE — A woman was charged with theft by taking/firearm after a man told deputies she took the gun while he was hospitalized.

▲ COUNTRY CLUB ROAD — Deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute. Parties involved were given information on solutions to their issues.

▲ HOPE BAPTIST CHURCH — A man reported the theft of a camouflage Summit Viper self-climbing tree stand from a camper on his property. He allowed a friend to stay in the camper due to his marital issues. One day when he checked the camper after the friend left, the tree stand was missing. The friend’s wife told the complainant her husband had a drug problem. The friend denied taking the stand but offered to buy a new one.

▲ TEAL CIRCLE — A man said someone stole a vehicle. Reports did not list the vehicle make or model.

▲ CLYDE’S MARKET/HIGHWAY 301 NORTH — A group of juveniles tried buying a large amount of items with a counterfeit $20. They had other money but said they could not use it to pay for the items. The clerk kept the fake bill and called deputies.

▲ PLANTATION MOBILE HOME PARK — Deputies responding to a domestic dispute arrested a man wanted in two counties.

▲ DOY NEWTON MOBILE HOME PARK — Deputies arrested a man after he kicked in a woman’s bedroom door. He also had outstanding warrants.

▲ BEN GRADY COLLINS ROAD — A man was arrested after deputies responded to a family violence incident.

▲ SCOTCH PINE DRIVE — Someone reported a bicycle stolen.

▲ BELK — A person was arrested after concealing clothing worth $77 and a necklace valued at $72.

▲ PACKINGHOUSE ROAD — A woman complained that someone was “interfering with her property.”

▲ THE GROVE APARTMENTS — A man was arrested on simple battery/family violence charges after a domestic dispute with another man.

▲ Last week, troopers investigated 19 crashes with five reported injuries and arrested four drivers on DUI charges. They also issued 14 citations and eight warnings for seat belt violations, five citations and three warnings for child restraint violations, and 82 citations and 69 warnings for speeding.
