Citizen demands transparency, CEO says authority as open as possible

Ruth Green, PhD., a retired university dance director and past owner of a dance school and a real estate agency, has for years been a gadfly for the Bulloch County Board of Commissioners. She demands openness in their proceedings, and particularly about the Development Authority of Bulloch County and its projects. As a district commissioner in 2014, Roy Thompson compared one of Green's letters to the editor to a switching he got when he was 4.
