ELLABELL — Charges have been filed in the death of a North Bryan toddler killed by a pack of family dogs in Ellabell late last month. Summer Laminack, 18, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree cruelty to children in the death of her 21-month-old daughter, Monica Renee Laminack, according to a news release from the Bryan County Sheriff’s Office. The release states that Laminack was surrendered Tuesday to the sheriff’s office by her attorney, Tom Edenfield of Savannah.
