A man who returned with a gun after being kicked out of a local restaurant Saturday remains behind bars.

Marcial Delgado-Canete, 34, of Pulaski Road, is charged with public intoxication, reckless conduct and pointing a gun or pistol at another, according to Bulloch County Jail records.

Statesboro police Community Information Specialist Madison Warren said Delgado-Canete and another unidentified man were evicted from El Sombrero on Fair Road late Saturday night and later returned in a red pickup truck. Delgado-Canete "waved a gun" at people before leaving, but Bulloch County sheriff's deputies assisted Statesboro police shortly afterward in locating and arresting him, reports stated.

No one was injured in the incident. Delgado-Canete remained in jail awaiting release on a $6,000 bond, jailers said Monday.
