Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro was named recently the top technical college in Georgia by James Magazine. Rankings were determined by evaluating all colleges and universities in Georgia, with determining criteria, including graduation rates, teacher-student ratios, job placement rates and accreditation. Up-to-date data was accessed through the state's Complete College Georgia initiative, to ensure that all institutions were compared fairly, according to James' CEO and publisher, Phil Kent.
