Bulloch County Commissioners paved the way Tuesday for the purchase of about 200 acres of land near Interstate 16 for the purpose of an industrial park. The properties, owned by Charles Ricky Nevil and Jack Dubard, representing MCB Services, Inc., border Rocky Road, Kelly Road and U.S. 301 South, said Bulloch County Zoning Administrator Randy Newman. He and Stephen Rushing, attorney representing the Development Authority of Bulloch County, presented the matter to commissioners Tuesday evening during a zoning meeting.
