Georgia Southern University will host its first murder mystery dinner theater event of the year next week.
Dinner guests at the Nessmith-Lane Conference Center will be invited to solve the murder mystery of “The Pink Lace Diamond” at 6:30 p.m. June 23. The event is presented by the Department of Continuing Education.
The deadline to register online has passed, but you can still register by calling Ann Scott-Price at (912) 478-8635. The cost is $40 for individuals and $75 for couples. The price covers alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, dinner, dessert and the show. Dinner choices include crab cakes or bourbon pecan chicken. A vegetarian option will be provided upon request.
After dinner, the game will begin with the discovery of the “body” of a hotel maid. As the mystery unravels, guests will be invited to solve the crime and find the Pink Lace Diamond, with the help of Detective Ian Buchanan Clueless.
