On Friday, Georgia Bureau of Investigation Special Agent-in-Charge Cathy Sapp released the identity of an inmate found dead in the Bulloch County Jail on Thursday evening. No foul play is suspected in the death of Michael Leon Deloach, 28, of Success Court, she said. GBI special agents were awaiting the results of an autopsy performed at the agency's Savannah crime lab Friday, but because the investigation remains open, Sapp said she would not yet release the cause and manner of death.
