For the past 11 years, Subway has teamed up with local businesses to raise money for the American Heart Association. The proceeds of all sales at Subway restaurants in Bulloch County between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. went directly to the American Heart Association. The businesses divide up into teams, and compete for the bragging rights for who raised the most money. Viracon, Wal-Mart D.C., and Briggs & Stratton teamed up on the Gateway Warriors team. Between pre-orders, donations, and counter sales, The Gateway Warriors raised $ 3,122.51.
