The Statesboro Regional Library will host its monthly "Meet the Artist" event on Thursday. This month, the artist is Sandra "Sandi" Hart Francis, a native of Pavo, Ga. She graduated from Ocala (Fla.) Senior High School and attended Jacksonville University. She lived and worked in New York, Virginia, California and Florida.
