The home and season opener saw Georgia Southern dominate on defense the entire game and a solid game on offense in the first half, racing out to a 24-0 lead on their way to a 31-0 win over Charleston Southern Saturday night in Paulson Stadium.
The Eagles travel to Clemson Saturday for a 7:30 p.m. game in Death Valley. Clemson and Georgia Southern have played one other time, with the Tigers winning 38-7 in 2018.
Clemson is coming off a 51-10 loss to LSU in their opening game Saturday.
