Linda Sue Smith, 44, Brannen Road — theft by shoplifting, wanted person.
Beverly Anne Moore, 39, Florence Avenue — probation violation, loitering, giving false information.
Berta Delores, 14,Barnes Mobile Home Park — driving while unlicensed, seat belt violation (children under five years) and seat belt violation (children 6-17 ears).
Christopher Patrick Grissett, 38, Ga. 119, Ellabell — third offense driving on a suspended license.
Pedro Angel Sevilla, 32, SW 6th Street, Conover, NC — driving with a suspended license, following too closely, DUI.
Richard Alan Vanderhave, 19, Park Chase Drive, Snellville — underage possession of alcohol.
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
Vincent Edward Moore, 42, Burkhalter Road — failure to maintain lane, DUI (refused test).
Jesse Corbin Crowe, 47, Langston Chapel Road — bench warrant.
Calvin Lee Deloach, 23, Claudia Street, Portal — child molestation, statutory rape, enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
Troopers issued 21 traffic violation citations Thursday.
Georgia Southern University Arrests
Officers issued three traffic citations Thursday.
Statesboro Police Incidents
WAL-MART — A woman walked around the store, placing various items in Wal-Mart shopping bags. Then, she went through the self checkout and purchased chocolate, but did not pay for the bagged items.
THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — A woman called police because her roommate kept turning the thermostat down low, causing her to be cold.
WEST JONES AVENUE — A man said his roommate took a lawn mower and refused to give it back.
CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A complainant reported a satellite radio receiver and insurance card taken from his vehicle.
EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — A patient of John's Place alcohol and drug rehabilitation center threatened to harm an employee and " turn John's Place into a parking lot."
TURNER STREET — Two victims told police they gave a man $500 each in order to purchase police impound vehicles. That was over a month ago and the man refuses to give them their money - and has produced no vehicles.
TOBACCO AND MORE — An argument between a clerk and a customer over a quarter left on the counter resulted in the customer threatening to blow the building up and harm the clerk.
THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — An officer responding to a noise complaint asked a man how much he had been drinking. The complainant replied " enough," and the officer arrested him for underage possession of alcohol.
JULIA P. BRYANT ELEMENTARY — A man said four juveniles broke into the cafeteria and stole a box of ice cream.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
CYPRESS LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK — (Register) A man said a woman locked him out of their home and was going through his cell phone records when they began arguing. He said he found an unknown man;s phone number in her phone book as well. The woman told deputies the man pushed her around, grabbed her arms and yelled at her because of the phone number. When deputies stood by for the man to gather belongings to leave, he came back outside and said the woman took $400 from his wallet. Deputies asked them both to leave and they both refused, so he gave the woman information about Safe Haven.
KENNEDY BRIDGE ROAD — (Register) A man said he and his girlfriend argued, then she tried to run over him. She told deputies the man used a rock to crack her wind shield and denied trying to run him over. Both parties involved, as well as witnesses, were uncooperative, deputies said.
THE BARN MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A woman reported bottles of 18 different prescription medicines taken from her vehicle.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
Troopers issued 28 warnings and investigated six crashes with three reported injuries Thursday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, responded to two alarms and investigated four accidents Thursday.
EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported a case of harassment.
