Statesboro Police Arrests     
     Ryan Thomas Evans, (no physical address listed), Statesboro — following too closely and DUI.
    David Wayne Brannen, 25, Mike Akins Road — fleeing/attempt to elude police, reckless driving, second offense DUI, headlights violation, failure to obey a traffic control device.
    Ronald Matthew Keen, 34, Soperton — possession of tools for the commission of a crime, no proof of insurance, suspended registration.
    Robert Andrew Lacher, 22, Eagle Watch Drive, Woodstock — public intoxication, criminal trespass, affray.
    Alex Andrew Cruce, 21, Hidden Valley Drive, Alto — public intoxication, criminal trespass, affray.
    Joshua David Tankerlsley, 24, Jamerson Forest Parkway, Marietta — public intoxication, criminal trespass, affray.
    Steven Thomas Warnekei, 22, Olympic Boulevard — public intoxication, criminal trespass, affray.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    James Eric Bacon, 47, Mosley Road, Claxton — first degree forgery, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, obstruction.
    David Sikes, 46, Deloach Church Road, Claxton — disorderly conduct, public intoxication.
    Eleutario Valencia, 28, Sandpiper Lane — failure to yield when entering roadway, no driver's license, improper use of center lane, tinted windows violation, tire requirements violation.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued four traffic violation citations Monday.
        
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Officers issued two traffic citations Monday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    UNIVERSITY PLAZA — An officer arrived to the scene of a reported argument and saw several males fighting physically. Several fled but the officer arrested some participants, including one who was transported by EMS to the hospital for treatment before being taken to the Bulloch County Jail.
    EAGLE GATE APARTMENTS — A  complainant reported the theft of a black and white mountain bike.
    PITT MOORE ROAD — A man found his orange and black Diamondback bike in a pawn shop after it was stolen.
    EL SOMBRERO — Officers cited a woman for drinking while underage, and a man for providing the alcoholic beverage to her.
    LANIER DRIVE — A woman told police a man she knows stole her identity and secured several credit cards without permission.
    INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES — A mentally challenged young man became involved in an argument with his mother, and was so disturbed he was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
    THE WASH ROOM — A witness reported seeing suspicious males in the business and later, machines were found damaged and change taken.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — When a woman's niece refused to obey and talked back, her aunt called for police help.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    CLITO ROAD — (Clito) A woman who called 911 because she was out of gas was arrested, along with others, for theft by taking and criminal trespass after deputies found safety hardhats and safety glasses the offenders had removed from the old ITT Grinnell plant.
    MCKELVEEN-KENDRICK POND ROAD — (Brooklet) A man said a woman using the name "April" came to his home asking for  help with a disabled vehicle. As the complainant approached the car with the woman, he saw three men exit the woods and come towards him, one carrying a stick. He ran and called police, believing the men intended to harm him. The woman was later identified - her name was not April.
    MARTIN SWINSON DRIVE — (Ellabell) A man reported concrete fencing damaged.
    MILLER STREET EXTENSION — (Statesboro) A woman and her neighbor disagreed over an amount of money one owed the other for helping her move. Deputies advised both women to take the matter to magistrate court.
    STILSON-LEEFIELD ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman said a Sylvania woman called 20 times and hung up after an initial call, when the complainant told her she had no business calling her and to not do so again.
    WILLIAM JAMES MIDDLE SCHOOL — (Statesboro) A school official reported a juvenile for being unruly and violent with staff.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued three warnings, assisted four motorists and investigated five crashes with one reported injury Monday.
    BULLOCH COUNTY — Troopers from Georgia State Patrol Post 45 investigated 76 crashes in September, resulting in 47 injuries and two fatalities. Post Commander Sgt. First Class C. Wright said Post 45 troopers also issued 330 traffic citations that month, including 15 DUI arrests, 169 speeding tickets, 38 seat belt violations and one child restraint violation. Troopers also issued 328 warnings, he said.
    CANDLER COUNTY — Troopers from Georgia State Patrol Post 45 investigated 13 crashes in September, resulting in 10 injuries. Post Commander Sgt. First Class C. Wright said Post 45 troopers also issued 263 traffic citations that month, including 19 DUI arrests, 135 speeding tickets, 16 seat belt violations and three child restraint violations. Troopers also issued 101 warnings, he said.
    EVANS COUNTY — Troopers from Georgia State Patrol Post 45 investigated seven crashes in September, resulting in four injuries. Post Commander Sgt. First Class C. Wright said Post 45 troopers also issued 198 traffic citations that month, including two DUI arrests, 75 speeding tickets, 75 seat belt violations and three child restraint violations. Troopers also issued 223 warnings, he said.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     JOHNSON HALL — A bicycle was taken from the  bike rack.
     RUSSELL UNION — A bicycle was taken from the bike rack. In a separate incident, someone reported a book bag taken as well.
    ADMINISTRATION ANNEX — A display board and tablecloth were taken from the building.
     BRANNEN HALL — Someone reported a laptop computer stolen. In another incident, someone reported the theft of a wallet and cell phone.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — A mirror was damaged on a vehicle in the parking lot.
    SOUTHERN PINES — Someone reported the theft of a Play Station.
    Officers investigated five traffic accidents, assisted three motorists and one sick person, and responded to three alarms Monday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 14 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 20 calls.
    University Police Department — three calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — eight  calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — five calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — five calls.
            
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — three accident calls, one rescue call and 15 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — nine medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — three medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  three calls to Bulloch County first responders, a call to Bryan County 911, and a call to Emanuel County 911.
