Statesboro Police Arrests
    Arrests made Friday and Saturday will be published Monday.
         
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Arrests made over the weekend will be published Tuesday.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Arrests made Friday and Saturday will be published Monday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Arrests made over the weekend will be published Tuesday.
       
Statesboro Police Incidents
     Incidents occurring  Friday and Saturday will be published Monday.     
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
     MINCEY ROAD — (Brooklet) Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance where a woman said  her husband was intoxicated and belligerent.  The woman's daughter said the man threatened to kill her, but  the man denied  the accusation.
    WOODYARD ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman said her son came home highly intoxicated and disrupted the household.
    GA. 67 — (Statesboro) A man reported his door was kicked in but deputies saw no evidence of such. However, there was slight damage to the interior of the door. Nothing was reported  taken.
    KIWANIS FAIRGROUNDS — (Statesboro) A man with a bottle of alcoholic beverage, who was seen stumbling and unsteady, with slurred speech, was arrested after refusing to take a breath test. He was charged with public intoxication. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on  the fairgrounds by law enforcement and Kiwanis Club members.
    U.S. 80 WEST — (Portal)     A woman said someone stole two harrows from her property.
    HONEYSUCKLE LANE — (Statesboro) A woman said she received a  threatening call, followed by a threatening text message.
    BURKHALTER MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A woman said a man cursed at her and threw beer cans at her for no reason.
    BRUISER CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies someone flattened her tires. Another resident at the home kept ignoring deputies' orders to stop interfering with the investigation and was charged with underage possession of alcohol.
    PLANTATION POINTE DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said a man grabbed her arms and pushed her during an argument over money.
    GA. 46 — (Pembroke) A man said he and a neighbor argued, and the neighbor started an argument with his son, asking questions about a back hoe and using profanity. When  the offender refused to leave, he then continued to curse the complainant, pushing him and demanding to know what was going on. The complainant then punched the offender in the face,knocking him down. When the offender got up and came at him again he knocked him down once more. The offender told deputies the complainant struck first and said he was only asking why the backhoe was on his property.

Animal Shelter Reports
    The Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter reported the following activity for the week of Oct. 13-19:
    Animals received:
    Rural county areas, Bulloch Humane Enforcement  —  four dogs and two cats.
    Statesboro city limits, Bulloch Humane Enforcement — four dogs and three cats.
    Surrendered by citizens — five dogs and five cats.
    Number in litters surrendered — 13 puppies and 11 kittens.
    Animals out:
    Shelter adoptions — a dog and a cat.
    Returned to owners — three dogs.
    Died at shelter — five dogs and nine cats.
    Euthanized from isolation  — 14 dogs and eight cats.
    Euthanized from adoption floor — five dogs.
    Humane Enforcement calls:
    Deer complaints — two.
    Court summons/citations — seven.
    Warnings — 10.
    Money collected:
    Adoption fees — $70.
    Surrender fees — $30.
    Returned animal fines — $75.
    Donations — $22.
