Statesboro Police Arrests

            There were no reported arrests.

             

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests

            Cody Dewayne Shinaberry, 17, Henry Futch Road — (Pembroke) criminal trespass, aggravated battery, cruelty to children (first degree), simple battery.

            Gary Levon Washington, 29, Scotch Pine Ave — affray, child abandonment.

             Otis Marshall Lockhart, 21, DeLocah Street — driving under the influence, fleeing a police officer, failure to maintain lane, no insurance, leaving the scene, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, failure to use turn signal, willful obstruction of law enforcement, reckless driving.    

            Jason Dewayne Rewis, 26, Ephesus Church Road — (Register) public intoxication.

            Diane Etta Clay, 47, Olney Station Drive — (Ellabell) simple assault, simple battery, pointing a firearm at another.

            Tadira Ines Rankine, 30, East Pine Street — (Swainsboro) driving without a license, speeding.

            James Robert Willis, 23, Blackberry Trail — (Swainsboro) driving under the influence, illegal u-turn.

            Clinton Joseph Clements, 26, Langston Chapel Road — driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain lane.

            Anthony Kennedy Verde, 22, Deloach Church Road — theft by taking, theft by deception, criminal trespass.

            Eugene Nevils Bazemore Jr., 40, Chance's MHP — reckless conduct, discharging a firearm, carrying a pistol without a license.

            Oscar Modesto Diaz, 21, Sandpiper Drive — no driver's license, suspended registration, license plate with intent to conceal, tinted windows.

            James Michael Duncan, 31, Plantation Trail — driving under the influence (refused)

            David Patrick Weeks, 19, Tillman Street — (Glenville) underage driving under the influence.

            Diovcio C. Corvova, 40, Sand Piper Trail — driving under the influence (.174)

            Marco A. Morales, 23, Main Street — (Ridgeland, SC) driving under the influence (.099)

             

Georgia Southern University Arrests

            Christopher Chioma, 23, Brannen Hall — financial transaction card theft and financial transaction card fraud.

            Sherrod D. McGlohone, 19, Georgia Avenue — driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control device.

            Kenneth Tyler Olandt, 18, Sanford Hall — minor in possession/consumption of alcohol.

            Spencer Neal Olandt, 18, Sanford Hall — minor in possession/consumption of alcohol, criminal trespass, and obstruction of an officer.

            Chase Bradford Phillips, 22, Cotton Field Drive, Kennesaw, Ga., — public intoxication and criminal trespass.

            Ferris Kyle Ward, 21, Campus Courtyard Apartments — driving under the influence.

            Aaron Patrick Farrelly, 22, College Walk Apartments — public intoxication.

             

Statesboro Police Incidents

            WEST MAIN — Four to five unknown subjects smashed the front window of a man's house with a brick.

            EAST PARRISH STREET — A woman stated her vehicle was disabled and left on the side of the road. Two days later, a wrecker was seen towing a car, but no contact was made with the wrecker, so it was reported stolen.

            CINEMA 12 — someone broke a side view mirror.

            JOHNSON LANE — An officer found a Magna Glacier Pointe bicycle laying in the road.

            BLAKEWOOD APTS — A woman cashed a check for another woman. The check had been reported stolen.

            BUTLER HOMES — A man and woman came to the victim's house and threatened her. The man was carrying a lug wrench and the woman was carrying a knife.

            MILL CREEK PARK — A man hit and punched another man after losing a soccer match.

            WOODLANDS — A woman said a neighbor's boyfriend made a comment about her door being unlocked. She wanted a police report because she's having problems with neighbors.

            CONE HOMES — A juvenile was attacked by several males who hit him in the back.

            COMPREHENSIVE WOUND CARE CENTER — Unknown persons pried open the door and broke into desks and file cabinets.

                                   

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents

            LUNDY'S MOBILE HOME PARK — When a woman broke up with her boyfriend, he packed up his belongings and left, taking her cell phone and pocketbook with him.

            ELDORA FARMS — (Ellabell) A man said someone hit the rear window of his truck causing the driver's side window to break.

            CLYDE'S MARKET — An unknown male took a donation jug for the St. Jude's Children Hospital while the clerks back was turned.

                                               

Georgia State Patrol Incidents

            Troopers issued 24 citations and six warnings, assisted two warnings, investigated six crashes and helped three injured persons.

             

Georgia Southern University Incidents

            SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Two sub-woofers and several CDs were taken from a vehicle.

            EAGLE VILLAGE — A side mirror was damaged on a vehicle.

            BRANNEN HALL — An I-pod was taken.

            EAGLE VILLAGE — An I-pod was taken from a vehicle.

            Officers issued five traffic citations and eight traffic warnings, investigated two traffic accidents, assisted 13 motorists, helped two sick persons and responded to two alarms.

           

911 Law Enforcement Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 20 calls.

             Statesboro Police Department — 21 calls.

            University Police Department — one call.

            Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — seven calls.

            Brooklet Police — one call.

            Candler County Sheriff's Department — six calls.

            Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.

           

911 Fire Department Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Statesboro Fire Department — one call.

            Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — two calls.

                       

911 EMS Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Sunday:

            Bulloch County EMS — 13 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS — four medical calls. 

            Evans County EMS — three medical calls.   

            Central 911 operators also routed one call to Screven County and one call to Emanuel County.
