Statesboro Police Arrests
    Cleveland Brent Zipperer, 19, Easy Street — (Savannah) possession of alcohol by a minor, failure to obey traffic device, minor driving under the influence.
    Romero Rodriguez Robbins, 32, Gin House Road — (Sylvania) possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance (MDMA).
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
     Keith Wesley Brannen, 36, Farmhouse Road — (Register) bench warrant, driving with suspended license, possession.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests

    There were no reported arrests.

    There were no reported arrests.
       
Statesboro Police Incidents
    GATE STORE — A man reported someone taking four papers when they only paid for one.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APTS — A woman said her boyfriend pushed her during an argument.
    MAPLE STREET — A woman reported chocolate syrup and shaving cream where smeared on her house and car.
    LEWIS & SONS MUFFLER — The offender got into an argument with a man and pushed him in the face. When another man tried to break up the argument, the offender bit him in the back. The offender left, then came back later to waive a gun at the man that he bit.
    LANIER DRIVE — A woman said she received a UPS envelope from David Bowie with 14 $500 money inside, along with information that requested her to send $5900 to a Nigerian named Lagos Surulere. She believes it to be part of the Nigerian email scam. All documents were turned over to police.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS — A woman accidentally cut her hand and was transported to East Georgia Medical Center.
    SANDY HILL — A woman put oil on the stove to heat and went next door to borrow some flour. When she returned, the stove was on fire. She suffered minor burns to her hand and the kitchen sustained minor damage.
    SOUTH MAIN — An ashtray tipped over and set a couch on fire. The roommate put it out with a fire extinguisher.
    GARY'S MINI MART — A woman approached a vehicle and began harassing the driver.
    STATESBORO MALL — A woman and her daughter assaulted another girl with a pair of high heels. When an elderly man tried to intervene, they hit him with the shoes as well. Warrants were issued.
    EAGLE LANDING APTS — A mountain bike was stolen.
    STADIUM WALK APTS — A man came to the location and caused a disturbance. When he would not leave, police were called who subsequently found marijuana and MDMA in his possession. The man was taken into custody.
             
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
    JACKSON DRIVE — A deputy tried to pull a man over for a traffic stop when the man decided to turn the stop into a police pursuit. When he was caught he was charged with driving with a suspended license, unlawful use of license plates, unregistered vehicle, fleeing a police officer, driving on the wrong side of the road, failure to obey a traffic device and failure to stop at a stop sign.
    BROOKLET — A woman claimed that she believes a man stole $300 from her mother's purse.
    LAKEVIEW ROAD — Deputies responded to a report of domestic abuse, but no visible injuries were detected.
    BURKHALTER — A man was found to be drunk and, when questioned by a deputy, gave him false information.
                    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issues 29 citations and 65 warnings, assisted one motorist and investigated two crashes.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    HERRING BUILDING — A laptop case was taken.
    J.I. CLEMENTS STADIUM — Several signs and a banner were taken.
    HANNER FIELDHOUSE — Two tennis rackets were taken.
    Officers issues three citations and three warnings, investigated one accident, assisted four motorists and responded to one alarm.
    
911 Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — six calls.
     Statesboro Police Department — 29 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — four calls.
    Brooklet Police — one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — six calls.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — six calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — one call.
    Metter Fire Department — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accidents, two fire and 10 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one fire call.  
    Evans County EMS — one medical call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed one call each to Screven, Effingham, Bryan and Emanuel Counties and Animal Control.
