Statesboro Police Arrests          

            Betina Yolanda Futch, 35, Lanier Drive — probation violation.

            Kelton D. Phelps, 33, Pine Street ‚ failure to stop at a stop sign, driving with a suspended license.

            Tabatha Michelle Tillman, 17, Allison Lane — theft by shoplifting.

            Jonathan Blake Reid, 18, DeMalle Court, Alpharetta — theft by shoplifting.

            Luther White, 29, North College Street — simple battery, theft by shoplifting.

                                               

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests           

            Arthur Tremble Jr., 69, Denmark Street — DUI, failure to obey traffic control device.

                       

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

            Troopers issued one traffic violation citation Thursday.

                                     

Georgia Southern University Arrests

             Officers issued four traffic citations Thursday.

            A juvenile was charged with criminal trespass and obstruction of an officer.

            Alexandra Elizabeth Byers, 22, North Point Boulevard, Macon — public intoxication.

            Brooke Elizabeth Smith, 21, Lanier Drive — public intoxication.

            Catherine Taylor Byers, 19, Statesboro Place — underage  possession/consumption of alcohol.

             

Statesboro Police Incidents      

            LEE'S RESTAURANT — A woman said she argued with her boyfriend and he dented her car in several places.

            RUDE RUDY'S — A number of patrons were ejected and served with criminal trespass after they had an altercation with an employee.

            EAGLES LANDING — A woman reported $40 taken from her desk.

            PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A man said tenants broke a lease and took a washing machine that was not theirs.

            EAST JONES AVENUE — A man reported the theft of a hunting knife and a laptop computer.

            THE EXCHANGE — A man reported an Ipod and $75 stolen.

            DOLLAR GENERAL — A clerk received a counterfeit $20 bill.

            STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A student was arrested for having a knife at school.

             

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents        

            SHUMAN ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said a Twin City woman calls her cell phone, uses profanity and threatens her. She said the woman harasses her because she believes the complainant is having an affair with her husband.

            R. J. KENNEDY ROAD —  (Statesboro) A woman said her ex-boyfriend has been texting her and calling her for weeks and refuses to stop even though she asked him to.

            U.S. 80 EAST — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of two deer stands.

            OLD REGISTER WAY — (Register) A man reported the theft of a five-year-old black and brown German Rottweiler weighing 110 pounds, standing 30 inches tall.

            GA. 67 — (Statesboro) A woman said a man came to her porch and asked her to call the sheriff's office. The woman dialed 911 and deputies men with the man who said he was walking from Pembroke to Statesboro to see his cousin and he hurt his foot, which needed hospital attention. A deputy took the man to the hospital.

            The man was identified as a man who was arrested a few days later on indecent exposure and battery charges after police said he exposed himself and struck a woman at a South Main Street gas station when she refused to give him a cigarette.

           

Georgia State Patrol Incidents  

            Troopers investigated one crash with no reported injuries and assisted two motorists Thursday.

                                   

Georgia Southern University Incidents

             Officers issued four  traffic warnings, assisted five motorists, assisted another agency and investigated one accident Thursday.

            RUSSELL UNION — A 1989 Toyota Camry was taken from the parking lot.

            PHYSICAL PLANT — Several trees were taken from the greenhouse.

 

911  Law Enforcement Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:

            Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 11  calls.

            Statesboro Police Department — 31 calls.

            Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — four calls.

            Candler County Sheriff's Department — four calls.

            Evans County Sheriff's Department — one call.

            Claxton Police Department — two calls.

                       

911 Fire Department Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:

            Statesboro Fire Department — four  calls.

            Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — eight calls.

            Claxton Fire Department — one call.

                       

911 EMS Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:

            Bulloch County EMS — two fire calls and 20 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS —  one medical calls. 

            Evans County EMS — no  medical calls.   

            Central 911 operators also routed three calls to Bulloch County First Responders, three calls to Bryan County 0911, four calls to Emanuel County 911, a call to Effingham County 911, a call to Toombs County 911 and a call to Bulloch Humane Enforcement.
