Statesboro Police Arrests     
     Dominique Jamar Scott, 19, East Main Street — affray.
    James Earl Zeigler, 25, Thomas Village — speeding, second offense driving with a suspended license.
    Michael V. Reynolds, 32, Bulloch Street — registration and licensing violation, driving with a suspended license.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Anthony Elton Finch, 30, North Lane, Ellabell — two counts theft by receiving stolen property, probation violation, possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing methamphetamine.
    Benjamin Allen Roberts, 23, North Lane, Ellabell —  manufacturing methamphetamine.
    Julie Marie Livingston, 17, Pecan Grove, Bloomingdale — manufacturing methamphetamine.
    Victoria Cathleen Foley, 50, Countryside Drive, Ellabell — manufacturing methamphetamine.
    Marlena Michelle Taylor, 24, John Carter Road, Bloomingdale — manufacturing methamphetamine.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued two traffic violation citations Tuesday.
        
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Trey Edward Burgamy, 19,  Bland Avenue — underage possession/consumption of alcohol, obstruction of an officer, and possession of a false I.D.
     Amanda Brooke Taylor, 18,   Georgia Avenue — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Officers issued four traffic citations Tuesday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — A juvenile and another man engaged in a fight.    SOUTH ZETTEROWER AVENUE — A woman reported a burglary  and said someone took a laptop while she was asleep.
    FAST AND EASY/UNIVERSITY PLAZA — A juvenile was arrested for shoplifting candy.
    WEST JONES AVENUE —  A woman said her husband got mad at her because she did not have a cigarette, and called her names and threatened to hit her.
    BROAD STREET — Police responded to a reported domestic dispute where a woman refused to leave at a man's request.
    THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — A man said another man he knows by name entered his home, waved a hand gun and threatened to "give him the heat."
    EAST MAIN STREET — A man and woman argued over a friend of the husband's refusal to leave at the female's request.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    U.S. 80 EAST — (Brooklet) A man said his ex-girlfriend has his GSU football jersey and his blue nose pit bull dog and will not return them.
    LAKEVIEW ROAD — (Statesboro) A deputy responded to a call about a woman who had fallen out of a Jeep and Struck her head on the road. The driver of the Jeep was charged with marijuana possession.
    PAMELA WAY — (Statesboro) A deputy found two young juveniles walking along the roadway and picked them up. He located a man who was supposed to be watching them for his sister, their mother. The deputy called the Department of Family and Children Services and arrested the man for reckless conduct, since he had fallen asleep and the children were left unattended.
    A. J. RIGGS ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said someone stole a wallet with $30, credit cards, and ID from her purse.
    LANE ROAD — (Statesboro)A  woman told deputies her sister was at her home acting strangely. The complainant's sister suffers from cerebral palsy and cannot walk, according to reports.
    BEN GRADY COLLINS ROAD — (Portal) A man said some unknown men were on his property and dumped a bag of shredded paper in his yard. There was also a roll of paper on the roof and shredded paper all over. The complainant said the men got into a silver Dodge and left.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued 12 warnings and investigated three crashes with  two reported injuries Tuesday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    SOUTHERN PINES — Someone reported being harassed. In a separate incident, someone reported an Ipod taken from a vehicle.
    BRANNEN HALL — Someone reported a debit card was taken from a wallet.
    PAULSON STADIUM — A tag was taken from a vehicle in the parking lot.
     HENDERSON LIBRARY — A vehicle in the parking lot was scratched.
    WEST COMMUTER PARKING LOT — Someone reported a vehicle was scratched.
     Officers issued nine traffic warnings, investigated three traffic accidents, assisted two motorists and responded to three alarms.    
    
911  Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 12 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 27  calls.
    University Police Department — three calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — seven  calls.
    Brooklet Police — one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — six calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — one call.
    Claxton Police Department — three calls.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — four calls.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one fire call and 18 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — two medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — no medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed   two calls to Bryan County 911, a call to Tattnall County 911 and a call to the Bulloch County Correctional Institute.
