Robert James Vance, 34, Shiloh Drive, Brooklet — reckless driving, driving on a sidewalk and headlight requirements.
Nicholas Jared Smith, 20, Georgia Avenue — theft by taking and underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
Christopher Ryan Mitchell, 21, Statesboro Place — theft by taking.
Marvin Lambert Parrish, 25, South Main Street — entering auto and obstruction of an officer.

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
COUNTRY CLUB ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said she and her husband engaged in a physical confrontation resulting in her calling deputies.
BUIE CIRCLE — (P{embroke) A woman walked into a front room in her home and saw a hand reach through a piece of tape that had been cut away from the door's broken window. Deputies saw where the tape had been cut. A short distance away another deputy stopped a man for questioning who was carrying a pink duffel bag with a " princess" on it, but the complainants said the bag was not theirs and had not been taken from their home. Deputies released the man after questions.
PAMELA WAY — (Statesboro) Bulloch County 911 operators sent deputies to the area after receiving a call about a body lying near the road. EMS also arrived and checked t he man, who was found only to be intoxicated.
JIM FUTCH ROAD — (Ellabell) A woman reported a burglary after she went to her brother's home to feed his cats, since he was in the hospital. She was looking for family photos and discovered a sliding glass door had been shattered and prescription medicines were missing.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
Troopers issued 24 warnings, assisted one motorist, and investigated four crashes with two reported injuries Monday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted one motorist and assisted one sick person Monday.
KENNEDY HALL — Officers responded to a drug complaint. Also, someone reported a bicycle taken.
SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported two bicycles were taken.
CENTENNIAL PLACE — Several tools were reportedly stolen.
KENDRICKS HALL — Someone reported music equipment was damaged .
