Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Lindsay Michael Hartlay, 19, Regina Drive, Macon — failure to maintain lane, DUI under 21.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued five traffic violation citations Thursday.
            
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Shawn Ronaldo Gene, 24,  Lanier Drive — public intoxication.
       
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    OGEECHEE AREA HOSPICE — Family members became involved in a verbal argument over a relative's end of life issues.
    COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES — A man reported a pizza delivery roof sign was stolen.
    COURTLAND STREET — A woman told police someone broke into her car, shattering the window, and took a purse and other items.
    ROBINHOOD TRAIL — A brush fire damaged the vinyl siding of a house before the blaze could be extinguished.
    OAK HOLLOW TRAIL — A purple and silver girl's 10-speed bicycle was stolen from a porch.
    BERMUDA RUN APARTMENTS — A man said he got upset, yelled and threw a deodorant can against the wall, which resulted in a physical fight between himself and his female rommate's parents. He suffered injuries to his face, chest and leg.
    ROUNDTREE STREET — A woman said her nephew visited, and later a care giver went to get money for purchases and discovered $24 missing. The nephew was the only visitor, she said.
    BUTLER HOMES —  A woman reported her granddaughter did not come home on time.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — Police answered a 911 call about several males fighting and found the victim suffering from a lacerated lip. He said one man held him in a choke hold while the other punched him.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    ELDORA CEMETERY ROAD — (Ellabell) A man reported the theft of a welder and a two-wheel trailer.
    HARVEY WILSON ROAD — (Portal) A man said another man threatened him with a gun.
    BLACK CREEK CHURCH ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman told deputies she gave a friend a ride home, and when she arrived the friend's husband came out screaming at her to leave and get out of his yard. He reached in through her car window and hit her on the face. Deputies could not locate the offender.
    AARON STATION ROAD — (Portal) A woman said she picked up another woman's children to keep for her, but when the mother returned to get the children, the complainant refused to  give them to her because she was intoxicated. A physical altercation ensued, and both women were arrested.
    In a separate incident regarding the same female, a man told deputies the mother of his son refused to allow him to see the infant in spite of a verbal agreement regarding visitation and child support. He was advised to keep a log and contact an attorney.
                                                 
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued 11 warnings and investigated three crashes resulting in three reported injuries Thursday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    UNIVERSITY STORE — Someone reported a book bag taken from the store.
    OLLIFF HALL — Someone reported the theft of an Ipod, a set of headphones and several articles of clothing.
    HERTY BUILDING —  Two book bags were taken from the building.
    Officers issued three traffic warnings, investigated one traffic accident, and assisted five motorists Thursday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 20  calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 22 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — nine calls.
    Brooklet Police — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — one call.
    Claxton Police Department — one call.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — two calls.
    Metter Fire Department — one call.
    Metter Rescue Unit — one call.
            
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one rescue call and 10 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — four medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — no medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  two calls to  the Bulloch County Correctional Institute, a call to Georgia forestry and a call to Bryan County.
