Statesboro Police Arrests
    Michael Curtis Fralish, 19, Lakemont Drive, Fayetteville — headlights violation, DUI under 21.
    Amanda Paige Hight, 20, Mineral Springs Road, Hoschton — DUI  under 21.
    Marshall Adam Horn, 18, Forest Lake Drive, Tifton — failure to maintain lane, DUI under 21 ( second offense).
    Melissa Lashawn Passmore-Taylor, 24, Henry Moxley Road. Cobbtown — theft by shoplifting.
    Arrests made Friday through Monday will be reported Tuesday.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    KMART — A man shoplifted a pocket knife.
    RUSTY TAVERN — A man said two men fighting dented his vehicle.
    WAL-MART — Two juvenile boys were caught stealing clothes, caps and a flask.
    A woman was charged with shoplifting cocoa butter, body wash, deodorant and makeup.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A man police caught trying to steal a tire off a car fled when they approached.
    RUDE RUDY'S — A man agreed to pay for a window that shattered when he struck it with his hands. He denied treatment for lacerations.
    CAMPUS CROSSING — Police called EMS to assist a person with a self-inflicted stab wound to the chest.
    MARTIN LUTHER KING BOULEVARD — A woman said someone shattered her car window but nothing was missing.
    OUTLAND STREET — A ,man reported the theft of a gallon jug of change.
    GROOVER HOMES — A man called police when his wife refused to let him in the bedroom until he took a bath. Police said the man was very intoxicated.
    WEST JONES AVENUE — A man and woman argued over money issues.
                 
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
    OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH — (Clito) A deputy noted Union United Methodist church had been ransacked. A keyholder said nothing was missing.    NEVILS CREEK CHURCH —     (Clito) Napkins, Styrofoam cups, paper plates and a vacuum cleaner were stolen from the church.
    BRANNEN ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said her ex boyfriend followed her and spun tires in her yard.
