Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Randy Lowery, 43, North College Street — wanted person.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Samantha Carter Clark, 39, Allen Circle — battery (family violence).
     Delores Hazel Jolley, 49, Tonya's Lane, Pembroke — simple battery (family violence), interference with government property.
    Timothy Scott Fontane, 28, Cedarwood Mobile Home Park, Register — public intoxication.
    Matthew Dean Wilson, 20, Vicki Lane — DUI under 21.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    No arrests filed.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Ashley Elizabeth Randolph, 20,  Lanier Drive — DUI and headlight requirements violation.
   William Christopher Tatum, 20,  Wilburn Circle — DUI and failure to maintain lane.
   
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    CONE HOMES — A man reported his mother, who has gardianship of him, wouldn't give him his social security check.
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — A man reported his truck was damaged when it was in a parking lot.
    UNIVERSITY PLAZA — Police and EMS workers responded when a man fell from a deck. When they arrived, he was bleeding from his head. He was transported to the hospital for treatment.
    PARK AVENUE — Police responded to a report of an injured cat. The animal was take to the Bulloch County Animal Shelter.
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE WEST — A woman reported have several checks forged in her name on a closed account.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — A man reported a motorcycle stolen.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    CEDARWOOD ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK — (Register) A man reported a burglary, listing 16 video games missing. He said someone kicked in his door and also went through a briefcase he usually keeps money in, but he had taken the cash out that morning.
    U.S. 80 WEST — (Statesboro) A woman said someone pushed a go-cart from her shed into a field.    
    KING ARTHUR ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies someone drove through her yard and damaged a mailbox.
    SANDY CREEK ROAD — (Nevils) A man said he heard a man's voice outside and he and a friend went to investigate. They saw a man run into the woods. The complainant also stated he had been watching TV and saw someone run across the yard.
    MAY ROAD — (Ellabell) A man said he had a verbal argument with another man,but did not call the sheriff's department. Then, the  offender returned and the two had a physical fight, he said.
    STILSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — (Stilson) A first-grade student brought a knife to school, and will be punished by the school for the violation.
    TWO CHOP ROAD — (Portal) A woman told deputies someone removed a metal pole they installed on property they oversee.
    GA. 24/CLITO ROAD — (Clito) A man deputies stopped for a seat belt violation ran from them across an onion field, but was apprehended. He ran because his license had been suspended, reports stated. He also had a probation violation warrant.
    STILES STREET — (Statesboro) A woman said she received 50 phone calls from an unknown number and two calls from a known number that were of a harassing nature.
    MITCHELL RIGDON ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman reported receiving a phone call from a Cypress Lake Road woman with whom she has an ongoing dispute. The offender threatened the complainant with bodily harm.
    SUPERIOR HOME CENTER — (Statesboro) A man said he received a call from a bill collector in Illinois. He told t he man he had no accounts in Illinois, but later remembered that is where his ex-wife lives. A call to her revealed he had opened an account in his name without his knowledge. She admitted only one, but his credit report revealed multiple accounts which he knew nothing about.
    RAD DENMARK ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman said her mother came to her house to pick up belongings and argued over money. Then the mother took a glass from a cabinet for some water and the complainant told her not to "dirty a glass for a drink of water." The mother grabbed her daughter by the chin as she left and told her she needed to "grow up," reports stated.
    GA. 25 — (Statesboro) A man told deputies someone took a table grinder, a finishing gun and a pneumatic stapler from his home.
    PIONEER TRAIL — (Portal) A woman said another female came onto her property to remove a car without her permission.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers investigated two crashes with one reported injury Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a fight.
   Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted four motorists Thursday.
