Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests     
    James Cole Brannen, 21, Canoe Place, Metter — probation violation.
    Manuel Sanchez, 23, Denmark Mobile Home Park — no proof of insurance, driving without a license, unregistered or unlicensed vehicle, altered tag.
    Willie James McNeil Jr., 43, Jewell Street, Sylvania — probation violation.
    Michael Anthony Parsons, 29, Cleary Road, Brooklet — DUI, failure to maintain lane, open container.
       
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Daniel Hodges Jr., 57, MLK Drive — DUI (.062).
    Daniel Smart, 27, Ellabell — DUI (refused test).
    Devon Stanford, 20, Aline Avenue, Metter — DUI (pending test results).
    Troopers issued 41 traffic violation citations Sunday.
     
Georgia Southern University Arrests
        Lucas Koonal Walsh, 19, Kennedy Hall — wanted person.
  
Statesboro Police Incidents     
    GUEST INN — A woman said a former employee came to retrieve belongings and had an aluminum baseball bat, which he acted as if he were going to swing at her.
    EAST MAIN STREET — A man reported the theft of a blue Roadmaster bicycle from his porch.
    RUCKER LANE — A woman said a man watching TV at her house started arguing with a juvenile female, then shoved her into a wall and threw her on a bed.
    FLETCHER DRIVE — A woman said her ex-boyfriend threw a glass dish at her car, causing damage. The man denied throwing the dish but blamed the woman for the broken dish in his driveway.
    HAWTHORNE ROAD — A woman reported a white pit bull dog with a pink collar missing.
    GARY'S CONVENIENCE STORE — (West Main Street) A woman told police a man touched her inappropriately. The man said it was an accident.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents     
    Troopers issued 27 warnings, assisted four motorists and investigated two crashes Sunday.
   
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    FRIDAY —  Officers assisted one motorist and responded to two fire alarms.
    SATURDAY — Officers responded to one fire alarm.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
   
Animal Shelter Reports
    The Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter reported the following activity between March 12-18:
    Animals received:
    Brooklet Animal Control — one dog.
    Surrendered by citizens — six dogs, four cats.
    Number in litters surrendered — 11 puppies.
    Bulloch Humane Enforcement — 19 dogs.
    Statesboro Animal Control — one dog, two cats.
    Animals leaving shelter:
    Adoptions — nine dogs, two cats.
    Pets & People adoptions — six dogs, one cat.
    Humane Society adoptions — three dogs, two cats.
    Returned to owners — one dog.
    Euthanized — 16 dogs, four cats.
    Miscellaneous calls:
