Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Shane Green Hubbard, 30, Shady Lane, Sylvania — theft by taking motor vehicle.
    John David Miles, 69, Harvest Way — failure to make or maintain appropriate records, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
    Hershel Hensley, 45, Sidney Lanier Road, Oxford — probation violation.
    Jeffrey Harrison Moody,48, Scotch Pine Avenue — felony theft by taking.
    Willie Edward Roberts, 39, Foxridge Apartments — DUI (refused test), driving with a suspended or revoked license, open container.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Rafael Nunez, 39, Teal Circle — DUI - less safe (involvement in accident, .056).
    Troopers issued 20 traffic violation citations Thursday.

Statesboro Police Incidents    
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — An officer saw four people engaging in suspicious activity. The suspects fled, leaving behind a $5 bill, a set of dice and an amount of marijuana.
    JOHNSON STREET — A woman left food cooking and the resulting grease fire melted some cabinet material and caused smoke damage to the kitchen.
    MAX LOCKWOOD DRIVE — A complainant told police about an unattended child left at a park. The child was taken to the police station and the Department of Family and Children Services notified.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued 35 warnings, assisted three motorists and investigated two crashes with two reported injuries Thursday.
