Statesboro Police Arrests     
    James David Howard Jr., 22, Stoney Pond Road, Sylvania — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Elliott Catlett Woods, 18, Gretel's Hunt — DUI (refused test), underage possession of alcohol, littering.
    Cierra Rosalee Johnson, 17, Lanier Driver — speeding, no proof of insurance, canceled registration, failure to appear.
    John Christopher Leman, 22, Lanier Drive — headlights violation, DUI.
    Wardale Cosper III, 21, Aruba Road, Claxton — probation violation, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Jennifer Ann Phillips, 19, Misty Court Lane — disorderly conduct, obstruction of an officer, interference with government property.
    Belinda Nichole Hicks, 33, Cypress Lake Mobile Home Park — driving with a suspended license, marijuana possession, operating an unregistered vehicle, passing on the shoulder of the road.

      David Lee    Hart, 47, Ga. 46 — DUI (.143).
    Jonathan Culpepper, 25, Barry Road, Cordele — DUI (.111)
     Lisa Leonard Kendrick, 46, Cross Creek Farm Road — DUI (refused test).
    Jose Az     Espitia, 44    , Lucky Street, Metter — DUI (refused test).
    Debra Ann    Oglesby, 42, Womack Road, Garfield — DUI (.071).
    Troopers issued two traffic violation citations Friday,  one  Saturday and  15 Sunday.
        
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     Officers issued two traffic citations Friday.
    Russell Eugene David Jr., 21, White Bluff Road, Savannah — wanted person.
 
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    HERTY DRIVE — A motorcycle caught fire, then ignited a nearby Chevrolet  Tahoe.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A woman said she has been getting unwanted texts and calls from a man she broke up with in August ever since the break-up.
    BUDGET INN — A man said his ex-girlfriend shattered a window with a pipe after a verbal argument.
    EAGLE CREST APARTMENTS — A "Neighborhood(mail) Delivery and Collection Unit" was reported stolen and the postmaster does not know whether it contained mail.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    GA. 25 — (Statesboro) A woman said a man uttered terroristic threats towards her.
    HUBERT CHURCH ROAD — (Stilson) A woman told deputies a man spit on her when she took their children to him to stay for a visit.                PINEWOOD DRIVE — (Brooklet) Deputies responded to a call where a juvenile said he was being abused because his father choked him. The father said he only put his hands on his son's shoulders and told him not to walk away from him. The son had " smarted off" and was being unruly because he had been told to clean the living room. Deputies observed no marks on the child.
    CROW LANE — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies her estranged husband took their daughter back to Florida with him without her permission.
    SCARBOROUGH ROAD — (Portal) A man reported the theft of a boat motor.
    TWIN FORKS ROAD — A woman said she returned home to find a window open. As she closed it she saw the shadow of someone in her home. She ran out of the house and called  the sheriff's office, but deputies responded and found no one in the home.
    HENRY BLITCH ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman reported damage to her air conditioning unit.
    LANGSTON CHAPEL MIDDLE SCHOOL — Deputies responded to a call about two juveniles threatening to fight each other.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    FRIDAY — Troopers issued one warning, assisted one motorist and investigated two crashes with no injuries reported.
    SATURDAY — Troopers issued six warnings, assisted one motorist and investigated one crash resulting in one reported injury.
    SUNDAY  —  Troopers issued 23 warnings, assisted one motorist and investigated two crashes with one reported injury.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     FRIDAY — Officers issued  two traffic warnings, assisted three motorists, responded to one alarm and investigated one accident.
    SATURDAY —  Officers responded to a suspicious person at the Sports Complex and responded to one alarm.
    SUNDAY —  Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted three motorists and responded to one alarm.
    COLLEGE OF INFO/TECH — Someone reported an I-Pod stolen.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAGE — A basket of clothes was taken from a vehicle .
