Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Palmer Williams III, 36, North Main Street — simple assault (family violence), battery, simple battery.
    William Mantrell Golden, 41, Morris Street — driving with a suspended license, tag light violation.
    Charles Timothy Ours, 19, Williams Road — failure to obey a traffic control device, failure to maintain lane, possession of a false ID, DUI under 21.
    Callia D. Alston, 19, Pusan Court, Ft. Stewart — criminal trespass.
    Courtney Gregoire, 19, Traywick Chase, Alpharetta — theft by taking.
    Tarrence Lamonz Turner, 26, Blue Bream Spur, Sylvania — wanted person.
    Cornelius Decartes Scott, 20, Rifle Road, Sylvania — speeding, reckless driving.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Crystal Marie Morris, 21, Hood Road — battery, criminal trespass.
    Samantha Aralyn Coker, 20, Perkins Road, Millen — party to the crime of sale of cocaine.
     Matthew Brandon Gordy, 23, Cardiff Drive, Macon —  failure to maintain lane, DUI.
        
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 52 traffic violation citations Wednesday. ( Operation Rolling Thunder checkpoints resulted in the high numbers of citations.)
    Kentyron Derodd Dekle, 33, Windmill Road, Metter — DUI (.174)
             
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Officers issued 13 traffic citations Wednesday.

Statesboro Police Incidents    
    ST. JAMES PLACE — A woman said a man struck her in the face and grabbed her arms. Police noted swelling and bruises.
    RIDGEWOOD DRIVE — A man reported the theft of a leather back pack.
    NORTH MAIN STREET — A woman said her husband struck her in the face with his fists. She also said in a separate incident on West Main Street he struck her and bit her hand, then struck her daughter. The argument was over the man's girlfriend. Police arrested the man.
    PAWN CITY/VINE STREET — A man asked to look at a motorcycle, then  took off on it without permission, leaving the bike at Eagle Estates off U.S. 301 North.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — Complainants reported the thefts of text books and a TV during a break-in.
    SEASONS APARTMENTS — A laptop computer, Play Station 3, a DVD and a 1941 Mosin Nagant M91.30 Russian bolt action rifle were stolen in a burglary.
    HENRY STREET — A woman reported someone damaged her bird bath.
    WAL-MART — A woman was arrested after placing cosmetics in her purse and trying to leave without paying for them.
    VARSITY LODGE APARTMENTS — A man kicked in the complainant's door, accused him of stealing $180, then left when the complainant denied doing so.
    WEST JONES AVENUE — A man said another man struck him in the face, causing nasal injuries.
    NORTH BRANNEN STREET — A complainant told police about gang graffiti spray painted on  the old Winn Dixie building.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    WINDING WAY — (Statesboro) A man reported two portable DVD players , a wallet, check book and cell phone  taken from a vehicle.
    JOHN D. LANIER ROAD —(Portal) A man reported the theft of a black and white female pit bulldog puppy.
    BONNETT ROAD —(Portal) A woman told deputies someone tried breaking into her home.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued 139 warnings ( Operation Rolling Thunder checkpoints resulted in the high numbers of warnings), assisted seven motorists and investigated two crashes with two reported injuries Wednesday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     Officers issued 11 traffic warnings, assisted three motorists, assisted two sick persons, responded to one alarm and investigated two accidents Wednesday.
    APEX — A television was taken from the residential storage facility.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported the theft of a laptop computer.
    SANFORD HALL — Someone reported the theft of a laptop computer.

    Evans County Sheriff's Department — four calls.
