Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Cassandra L. Wiggins, 29, U.S. 80 East — probation violation.
    Alston Smith, 20, Burkhalter Road, Hagan — theft by shoplifting.
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Bryan Christopher Babot, 26, Scotch Pine Avenue — probation violation.
    Kaream Sinclair Gary, 27, Delaware Avenue, Savannah — probation violation.
    Kustegan O. Davis, 25, Owens Road — sale of cocaine.
    Izel Stephens III, 20, Soperton — probation violation.
    Christopher Dwain Huff, 20, Lanier Drive — disorderly conduct, underage possession of alcohol, public intoxication.
    Nolberto Irineo Leonides, 39, Paula Lane, Swainsboro — no tag, no driver's license, no insurance.
    Joel Scot Seagraves, 21, University Place — public intoxication.
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued one traffic violation citation Tuesday.
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     Officers issued six traffic citations Tuesday.
    Terrell Reid Davis, 20, Bruiser Circle —  underage possession/consumption of alcohol, obstruction of an officer, giving false information to an officer, possession of a false I.D. and escape.
    Jeremy Aron Rowland, 20, Bruiser Circle —  DUI, underage possession/consumption of alcohol and failure to yield.
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    GARDEN DISTRICT — A woman said someone cut two of her car tires.
     STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — A man reported the theft of a digital camera, watch and $1,300 from his home.
    WILLOW BEND APARTMENTS — A man said he loaned a lap top to another man who gave the computer to his girlfriend, who refuses to return it.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENT — A woman said she had an altercation with a woman and now the other woman and her friends are harassing her.
    In a separate incident a woman said her baby's father texted her, calling her stupid and using profanity, then called her cursing at her.
    CONE HOMES — A juvenile was arrested after a fight with another.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    FRANKLIN LANE— (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of a pressure washer and a leaf blower.  
    LAWRENCE CHURCH ROAD — (Pembroke)  A woman reported the theft of an adult tricycle.
    DYCHES ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said her adult brother threatened her on  the phone and via voice mail. She said she had contacted her niece and nephew via My Space and asked for photos,l which upset her brother, who lives in New York.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued two warnings, assisted one motorist and investigated seven crashes with five injuries Tuesday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     Officers issued  eleven traffic warnings, assisted five motorists and responded to one alarm Tuesday.
    SANFORD HALL —  Someone threw a television set out of a window and took several items from a room.
    RUSSELL UNION — Someone left an ATM card in the ATM machine at the Russell Union and someone charged $450 on their account. In a separate incident, someone reported  money was taken from a wallet.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — A laptop computer and an X-Box were reported stolen.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 10 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 24  calls.
    University Police Department — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — seven calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department —  11 calls.
    Claxton Police Department — one call.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department —  two calls.    
    Portal Police Department — one call.
    Brooklet Police Department — two calls.
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department —  three calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — two calls.
    Claxton Fire Department — one call.
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — five accident calls, one rescue call and 19  medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — five  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS —  one accident call and two medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to the Bulloch County coroner, seven calls to Bulloch County First Responders, and a call to Bulloch County Humane Enforcement.
