Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Emeline Teresa Carpenter, 19, Lanier Drive — DUI under 21, speeding.
    Ray Lafayette Patterson, 28, Waters Grove Road, Sylvania — probation violation.
             
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    James Franklin Smith, 45, Railroad Street, Brooklet — child support lockup (failure to pay child support).
    Steven Giles Clark, 44, Goodman Street, Brooklet —  child support lockup (failure to pay child support).
    Cipriano Gomez Contreras, 50, U.S. 80, Portal — driving with a suspended license, speeding.
     Harold Kevin Kent, 49, Lanier Drive — aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
    Marvin Roberson, 28, Rushing Road — probation violation.
    Myrtis Grace Hagins, 23, Bonnett Road, Portal — aggravated assault, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime.
    Adwin Rulett Stewart, 28, Bonnett Road, Portal — battery (family violence).
    Kevin Lee Morse, 26, address unavailable (Statesboro) — seat belt violation, DUI (refused test), driving in violations of conditions of limited permit.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Bryan Morrell Davis, 22, Gentilly Drive, was charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
     
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    EASTVIEW APARTMENTS — A man said a juvenile threw dirt on his car.
    BURGER KING — A man somehow got the wrong change at the drive through and left without giving the cashier back $50 he was not supposed to have received with his change.
    OGEECHEE AREA HOSPICE — A man and his adult sister argued while visiting their father over a rude comment someone made to the sister. She agreed to leave.
    LAKELAND DRIVE — A man and woman reported being harassed by a South Carolina man through My Space.
     STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — A tenant reported a door that was forced open.
    LEONS SPORTSWEAR — A man came in, asked to look at some Georgia boots, and left with them tucked under his shirt.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A woman said another woman pushed her during a fight over a man.

    THE SUGAR PLUM FAIRY — A woman saw a man throw a concrete block through her vehicle window and  take her purse.
    MASTER'S DEN — A man said a dozen juveniles were fighting outside and when he tried breaking the fight up, one threw a candy machine at him, striking him hard enough to break the machine. He was examined by a nurse at the scene.
    CRISIS GROUP HOME — A woman returned items her stepchild stole from the home, and the child was arrested.
    WILLINGWAY WOMEN'S RESIDENCE —  A black Nissan truck drove past five times, repeatedly cruising slowly past the home.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    HARDEN'S LANDING  ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said someone damaged several mail boxes.
    OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH — (Statesboro) A woman reported someone damaged her chicken-shaped mail box.
    CHANCES MOBILE HOME PARK — (Clito) A woman said her ex-boyfriend harassed her by calling repeatedly since 8 a.m. one day and threatened to have his aunt " take care of" her.
    PAMELA WAY — (Statesboro) A woman said her brother argued with her and when she tried to leave, he threatened to kill her if she did not stop telling lies on him. Then he threw tobacco out of his mouth at her when she  tried leaving.

      Officers issued four traffic warnings and responded to two alarms Tuesday.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a Suzuki motorcycle stolen.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call and 14 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — two  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and three medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed four calls to Bulloch County First Responders, a call to Air Transport, a call to Tattnall County 911 and a call to Bryan County 911.
