Statesboro Police Arrests
    Latroya Hayward, 28, Simmons Street, Lyons — theft by shoplifting, marijuana possession.
    Grant Andrew Thomas, 24, G. W. Oliver Spur — obstruction.
    Marcus O'Brian Wilson, 19, Packinghouse Road — theft by shoplifting.
    Benigno Rizo Rodriquez, 29, address unknown (Statesboro) — theft by shoplifting.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Arrests made over the weekend will be reported Monday.
        
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Friday and Saturday arrests will be reported Tuesday.
        
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    No arrests available.
               
Statesboro Police Incidents
    STATESBORO INN — A man found property and called police, who followed a trail of strewed items to a car that had been broken into.
    U. S. HAIR — A woman shoplifted artificial hair and 10 combs, and when police arrested her, they found marijuana on her person.
    EAGLES LANDING — Police and firefighters responded to a fire caused by a transformer. The blaze damaged five apartments.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — An officer saw a man with a hand gun and ordered him to drop it. The man fled instead, but was apprehended and charged with obstruction.
    HAWTHORNE APARTMENTS — A man reported colognes, an Xbox 360, vacuum cleaner, TV stand, digital camera, two TVs    m a Play Station 3 and controllers, and video games taken in a burglary.,
    PARK AVENUE — A complainant reported the theft of metal rebar and a wheelbarrow.
    EAST OLLIFF STREET — A man said several young men attacked him, struck him in the head and body and took $20 from his pocket.
    COLLEGE PARK UNIVERSITY PINES — An Xbox 360, TV and video games were taken in a burglary.
    AUTO CARE/EAST PARRISH STREET — A stereo was stolen from a car in for repairs.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
    EAST GRADY STREET — (Statesboro) Deputies took a report from a man who said his ex-wife sent him unwanted text messages. The woman denied doing so.
    LOBLOLLY COURT (Rincon) A woman said she received harassing phone calls from her son in Rincon, as well as text messages.
    OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies  she and a man had a domestic disturbance, and the man was arrested on simple battery charges.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Friday and Saturday incidents will be reported Monday.
    BULLOCH COUNTY — During December, Georgia State Patrol Post 45 troopers investigated 64 crashes, including 40 injuries and one fatality.
    Troopers also issued 221 traffic citations, including 11 arrests for DUI, 111 speeding  tickets, 10 seat belt violations and two child restraint violations. Troopers issued 199 warnings as well.
    CANDLER COUNTY — During December, Georgia State Patrol Post 45 troopers investigated 12 crashes, including 12 injuries .
    Troopers also issued 96 traffic citations, including five arrests for DUI, 38 speeding  tickets, 11 seat belt violations and three child restraint violations. Troopers issued 60 warnings as well.    
    EVANS COUNTY — During December, Georgia State Patrol Post 45 troopers investigated eight crashes, including 17 injuries .
    Troopers also issued 95 traffic citations, including eight arrests for DUI, 20 speeding  tickets, 14 seat belt violations and one child restraint violation. Troopers issued 79 warnings as well.    
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Weekend incidents will be reported Tuesday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 13 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 22 calls.
    University Police Department — no calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — three calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — seven calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — one call.
    Claxton Police Department — one call.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — four calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — three calls.
    Metter Fire Department — four calls.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, one fire call and 11 medical calls.       Candler County EMS — two fire calls and three medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — two medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  a call to the Bulloch County Georgia Forestry Commission, four calls to Bulloch County First Responders, a call to Emanuel County 911, a call to the Candler  County Georgia Forestry Commission, a call to Bryan County 911, a call to Effingham County 911, a call to Screven County 911 and a call to excelsior EMC.
