Statesboro Police Arrests     
     Stephanie Shantell Baldwin, 27, Old River Road North — theft by shoplifting.
    Christopher Marcos Reali, 19, Stambuk Lane — felony marijuana possession, possession of a drug related object.
    Adam Michael Reckstein, 19,  Stambuk Lane — felony marijuana possession, speeding.
    Bryant Payton Smith, 27, Ft. Davis Street, Washington, DC — probation violation.
    Terry Lavon Skinner, 47, Poplar Street — driving with     suspended    registration, failure to yield, improper use of a turn lane.
    Elgie Raymond,  53, Old River Road North — reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, fleeing/attempt to elude, suspended registration, no insurance, tail light/brake light violation.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Brian Eugene Cullum, 29, Eagle Branch Mobile Home Park, Register — battery, family violence.
    Francisco Perez-Mendoza, 23, Pintail Lane — probation violation.
    Jerry Lee Myrick, 49, West Parrish Street — parole violation.
    Roberto Mendoza Dajui, 19, Bird Road — probation violation.
    Christopher Steven Crosby, 26, Live Oak Lane, Ellabell — false report of a crime, harassing phone calls.
    Tami Lynn Lloyd, 48, Brook Street, Delhatchie, MS — obstruction.
              
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued six traffic violation citations Wednesday.
             
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Emory Van Manley III, 23, Lindsey Court — public intoxication and obstruction of an officer.
     
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    SOUTH WALNUT STREET — A woman said someone broke in  through her kitchen door and took a debit card from her purse.
     T. J. MAXX — A woman was caught shoplifting three bottles of perfume.
    JOHNSON STREET — An officer, acting on a welfare check request, discovered a man who said he was blind and suffering from other medical illnesses, living without electricity or water.
    EAST JONES AVENUE — A complainant reported the theft of a Smith & Wesson .32 caliber hand gun.
    LESTER ROAD — A woman said she borrowed money from a loan shark for another woman, who has not paid. She said she is harassed by phone about the money and two men in a truck prevented her from parking at her home.
    WALGREENS — An 81-year-old man said a woman threatened to hit him and followed him out of the store, taking his tag number.
    GORDON STREET — A woman said her ex-boyfriend hit her in the eye with a Pepsi can and then slapped and choked her before pushing her down.
    NORTHLAND CABLE — Someone broke into a storage building and took tools and a generator, all valued at over $4,445, from the building and work trucks.
    STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said her boyfriend injured her and pointed a gun at her during an altercation.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    BIRD ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said two men fought over food and one pulled a knife because he felt the other man's friends were about to " jump in."
    SHAW ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman reported the theft of prescription medicines, and said a witness saw the offender, who was identified in reports.
    BERNARD SMITH ROAD  — (Statesboro) A woman said a man came to her door stating he was selling something. He left walking when she said she was not buying anything.
    LAKE COLLINS ROAD — (Portal) A woman said her ex-husband threatened to harm her and their daughter, upset because the daughter is expecting a child.
        
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued seven warnings and investigated one crash with one reported injury Wednesday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted five motorists, assisted one sick person, responded to three alarms and investigated one accident Wednesday.
    KENNEDY HALL — The hood and mirror were damaged on a vehicle in the parking lot.
     
911  Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department —  13 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — eight calls.
    University Police — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department —  three calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Departments — one call.
         
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — two calls.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one fire call and nine medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — six  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — two  medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to Bulloch County First Responders and two calls to Emanuel County 911.
