Statesboro Police Arrests
    Raul Fuentes Linares, 17,  Boss Street, Claxton — driving while unlicensed.
    Rito Parra, 33, homeless — theft by shoplifting.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Arrests made over the weekend will be reported Monday.
        
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 10 traffic violation citations Thursday.
    Eddie Dean     King, 53, Mock Lane — DUI (refused t est).
            
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Arrests made over the weekend will be reported Tuesday.
           
Statesboro Police Incidents
    SOUTH FOSS STREET — A woman fought with her brother, striking him in the mouth after he charged her. He has a drug problem and stole her mother's ring, to pawn for drug money, she said. He admitted it to police.
    TAMO STREET — A man his a gun in the woods after fighting with his girlfriend. He told officers he did not want to get in trouble, and asked them to take the gun, which they did.
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN —  Someone kicked in a door and took three TVS.
    UNIVERSITY PLACE —  Several people reported break-in attempts, with doors being kicked in. Some heard noises, or their dogs barked, and two witnesses saw a man fleeing.
                 
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
    TWO CHOP ROAD — (Clito) A woman said a Claxton woman called her home phone and left text messages on her cell phone. The offender is divorced from the complainant's son and continues to harass them by  talking about their character. The offender also drives past  their home slowly, then speed off.
    GA. 119 — (Stilson) A man reported a burglary where someone threw a concrete block through a window and took camera equipment.
                
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
     Troopers issued five warnings Thursday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Weekend incidents will be reported Tuesday.
    
Animal Shelter Reports
    Reports for the week of Dec. 15-21:
    Animals received:
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, rural areas — 12 dogs and a cat.
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Statesboro city limits — a dog and a cat.
    Surrendered by citizens — five dogs and six cats.
    Litters surrendered — two puppies and seven kittens.
    Animals placed:
    Shelter adoptions — two dogs.
    Returned to owners — seven dogs.
    Euthanized from isolation — 12 dogs and 11 cats.
    Euthanized from adoption floor — one dog.
    Humane Enforcement calls:
    Cow complaints — 17.
    Deer complaints — one.
    Snake complaint — one.
    Summons — three.
    Warnings — seven.
    Money collected:
    Adoption fees — $1,050
    Surrender fees — $30.
    Returned dog fines — $170.
    Miscellaneous — $2.
    
911 Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 16 calls.
     Statesboro Police Department — 28 calls.
     Georgia State Patrol Post 45 —  three calls.
    Brooklet Police — one call.
     Candler County Sheriff's Department — nine calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — five calls.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
     Metter Fire Department — one call.
    Statesboro Fire Department   — one call.
    
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one fire call and 16 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one fire call and three medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one medical call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed   a call to the Bulloch County coroner and two calls to Bulloch First responders.
