Statesboro Police Arrests     

     Kirtisha Shamon Walker, 19, West Jones Avenue — theft by shoplifting.        Charles Hagins III, 29, Lanier Drive — second offense driving with a suspended license, cocaine possession, original container required for controlled substances.
    Codey Trueon Hagins, 27, Chances Mobile Home Park — cocaine possession.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

     Computer difficulties prevented retrieving information and weekend arrests will be reported Tuesday. We apologize for any inconvenience.

      Arrest information is unavailable over weekends and arrests made since Friday will be published Tuesday.
        
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    EAST JONES AVENUE — A man reported several items taken during a burglary of a self-storage unit.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — A woman argued with her niece whom she said does not work or go to school, roams  the streets with her small child and has no stable place to live.
    BELK — A woman was arrested for putting kids' clothing in her purse and leaving without paying.
    BULLOCH STREET — A man said $2,765 worth of power tools were taken from a trailer that had locks removed from it.
    JEWEL DRIVE — A man and woman fought over his having the TV turned up too loudly. She put her hands on his face and he pushed her away, they said.
    HEAVENLY HAM — A woman reported receiving harassing phone calls and texts from two females.
    HONEY BOWEN BUILDING — A man said he loaned his car to a woman and she left it abandoned somewhere. When he found it a deposit bag with $1,099 was missing.
    SEASONS APARTMENTS — A car stolen from Hinesville was located at the apartment complex.
    MLK BOULEVARD — A man said  three unknown men walked towards him " racking a gun." He fled and called police.
    TACO BELL — An employee caught a teenager writing on a drain spout.
    HARWOOD STREET — Family members were involved in a dispute over items missing from a deceased mother's home.
    WHISPERING PINES BOULEVARD — A man called police abut harassing messages, and when the officer arrived the phone rang. It was the harassing caller, who threatened the home owner as well as the officer.
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A juvenile struck another juvenile on the school bus, striking him several times in the head and face, causing visible injuries. The offender was arrested.
