Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Kenneth Doeran Smith, 27,  West Main Street — probation violation, obstruction.
    Raasheka Dione Cisson, 22, Johnson Lane — battery.
    Jerry Levon Rawls, 42, Johnson Lane — battery.
    Elizabeth S. Ferguson, 37, Savannah Avenue — driving on the wrong side of the road, open container, DUI.
    William Tyler King, 19, Chandler Road — obstruction, criminal trespass.
    Arlena Michelle Reese, 26, West Jones Avenue — theft by shoplifting.
    James Hugh McKinney, 46, Bunker Hill Road, Chatsworth — DUI,.
    Charles Hendrix, 49, Dry Branch Village, Register — failure to maintain lane, DUI.
             
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    No arrests filed.
        
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued four traffic violation citations Wednesday.
             
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     Officers issued one traffic violation citation.
     Nicholas Michael Auber, 24, Hershel Drive — DUI and failure to maintain lane.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    DOLLAR TREE — A woman said someone snatched her purse while her back was turned from her cart.
    STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — A jacket was taken from a vehicle.
    LYDIA LANE — A complainant wanted police to serve criminal trespass against a man whom a juvenile let inside through a window. The juvenile was also charged with unruly juvenile and simple battery.
    BERMUDA RUN APARTMENTS — A woman said another woman hit her several times, cut her clothes and tore them, broke a cell phone and took a jacket.
    VARSITY APARTMENTS — An Ipod and tuner were taken from a vehicle.
    FAMILY DOLLAR — A man and three women took about $300 worth of clothing, and were arrested for shoplifting.
    WEST MAIN STREET — A  man fled from police responding to a simple battery call. He was arrested at Morris Heights on several outstanding warrants.
    JOHNSON LANE — A woman said her child's father hit her in the mouth. Both showed injuries, and both were arrested.
    ROBIN HOOD TRAIL — A man told police a man with a gun wearing a racing jacket robbed him at gunpoint, taking a wallet with $120.
    VISTA CIRCLE — Police responded to reports of gun shots fired.
    GATE — A man wearing a Taco Bell shirt took a jar of change collected for the Boys and Girls Club.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A purse containing $75 cash was taken from a vehicle.
    HARVEY'S FAIR ROAD — A woman stuffed two packs of meat, a chicken, two boxes of pasta in her clothing and tried leaving without paying.
    RUBY TUESDAY — A man in a tractor trailer truck ran over a tree.  He was found in Belk parking lot with the tree still under his truck, and was charged with DUI - commercial vehicle.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    WALTER McGLAMERY ROAD —  (Clito) A man said he parks his truck at the bus stop for his daughter to drive home from the bus stop. They leave the key in the door pocket, but his daughter found the key in the ignition and the battery dead. She said a man in a Chevrolet truck stopped and asked whether she needed a ride. The girl  gave deputies a detailed description of the man.
    SID SANDERS PLACE — (Statesboro) A man  said a woman has been calling him and his mother, cursing and leaving unwanted messages.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    

    Troopers issued one warning, assisted one motorist and investigated four crashes with 11 reported injuries Wednesday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued  two traffic warnings, assisted five motorists, assisted one sick person, responded to one alarm and investigated one accident Wednesday.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — A bicycle was taken from the bike rack. in J-Lot.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported text books stolen.
    In a separate incident, a student reported being approached by a man who took his cell phone.

    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department —  10 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 15 calls.
    University Police Department — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department —  seven calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — one call.
    Claxton Police Department — two calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, one rescue call and 13 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — five  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and two medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to Bulloch County First Responders.
