Melvin E. Armond Jr., 35, Pretoria Rushing Road — driving with a suspended or revoked license, open container, fleeing/attempt to elude officer, leaving the scene of an accident, unsafe U-turn.

DEBBIE LANE — Officers responded to a reported domestic dispute between a couple who were arguing over property.
CINDY LANE — Police and EMS responded to a report of an unconscious man who was determined to be OK once he was taken to the hospital.
PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman called police because she and her boyfriend were arguing and he refused to leave.
COLLEGE WALK APARTMENTS — A man was boiling water on the stove when the stove caught fire. The flames were extinguished before firefighters arrived.

CYPRESS LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK — (Register) A man saw another man take copper and aluminum parts from the complainant's air conditioner units on his property. He followed the man and saw him discard the items, then retrieve them and learned he later sold them to a wrecking yard.
BENT TREE ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported damage to his mail box.
THOMKIN DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said someone broke into her car and took a radar detector.
In a separate incident another woman told police someone entered her vehicle and took a camera and calculator.
U.S. 301 NORTH — (Statesboro) A man called 911 when he and his son became involved in an altercation.
U.S. 80 EAST — (Statesboro) Two men argued over allegations t hat someone was stealing gas from a vehicle.
BEN GRADY COLLINS ROAD — (Portal) Four men were arrested for involvement in a fight.
MAGNOLIA WAY — (Statesboro) A deputy responding to a call about two vehicles "cutting doughnuts" in the grass arrested one man for public intoxication and obstruction, and two others for underage possession of alcohol.

Troopers issued 23 warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated three crashes with no reported injuries Wednesday.

EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone filed an animal complaint.
