Officers issued two traffic citations Monday.
Rachel K. Nix, 21, 807 Gentilly Road — DUI and defective equipment.
A 16-year-old male juvenile was arrested and charged with robbery by sudden snatching. No weapons were involved and there were no injuries.
Statesboro Police Incidents
BUTLER HOMES — A woman called police when she found a gun in the bushes. Police recovered the .22 hand gun.
BERMUDA RUN APARTMENTS — A woman said an unknown man threw a bottle, striking her in the face.
KMART — A man called police to report he suspected three employees of taking merchandise.
In a separate incident two women were arrested for shoplifting.
WAL-MART — Two women were arrested for shoplifting a variety of items.
STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — A man reported a burglary, listing a boom box, Xbox, eight-channel mixer, computer and digital recorder taken.
NORTH MULBERRY STREET — A man called police because he and his fiancee separated and he wanted the engagement ring back he gave her. She told police she did could not find the ring.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
PARKWOOD CAMPGROUND — (Statesboro) A deputy saw a man walking in the roadway carrying a sign on his back. The man was intoxicated, underage, and had taken the sign from Georgia Southern University housing. The sign read: "Residence Hall check in, property of University Housing."
MOORE-BIRD LANE — (Register) A man told deputies his fiancee's sister send him harassing text messages and tells people false information about him to the point he cannot even go to the town convenience store without her making false allegations about him.
PULASKI ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said another woman came onto her property and ran a work crew off, then took her grandson's chow puppy and " did away with it."

Troopers issued eight warnings, assisted one motorist and investigated two crashes with two reported injuries Monday.

Officers issued six traffic warnings, assisted five motorists, and investigated four traffic accidents Monday.
