David Kenneth Williams, 44, King Arthur Drive — two counts each of first degree forgery, acquiring controlled substance by fraud of theft.
Virginia Oliver, 31, Westover Drive — battery (family violence).
Charles Ryan Oliver, 30, Westover Drive — criminal trespass (family violence), disorderly conduct.
Christopher Lee Samuels, 23, Bradley Boulevard, Savannah — DUI (refused test), failure to stop at a stop sign.
Gerardo Cruz Escutia, 24, unlisted address (Statesboro) — DUI (refused test), improper stopping on roadway, improper backing.
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
Troopers issued 15 traffic violation citations Sunday.
Robert Latfield, 30, Spring Creek Road — DUI (.139).
Georgia Southern University Arrests
Officers issued one traffic citation Friday, three Saturday and one Sunday.
Adrian A. Acquin, 45, Ga. 67, Brooklet — DUI, open container violation, no drivers' license and making an improper turn.
Richard Alan Meadows, 20, Moody Road, Hinesville — DUI and passing a stationary emergency vehicle.
Two juveniles were charged possession of a weapon in a school safety zone and entering auto.
One juvenile was charged with entering auto and possession of marijuana.
Statesboro Police Incidents
MIGHTY MIKE'S HOT STOP #10 — (South Zetterower Avenue) A clerk reported a man shoplifting a 40 ounce Budweiser beer.
DOMINO'S PIZZA — A man ordered pizza using a stolen or lost credit card.
PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said she and the father of her child argued over tires that were possibly stolen. Police arrested her on outstanding warrants.
SOUTHERN VILLAS — A resident reported a TV stolen after someone broke a window to get inside.
HERITAGE WOODS — A woman said one man choked her on the ground while another struck her in the face. Police noted visible injuries.
WOODROW AVENUE — A man struck a guide wire with his car and fled the scene, but police found him and arrested him for DUI.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
PAMELA WAY — (Statesboro) Officials are investigating a suspected arson incident.
AKINS POND ROAD — (Statesboro) Deputies investigated a reported domestic dispute.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
Troopers issued 10 warnings and investigated five crashes with two reported injuries Sunday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
FRIDAY — Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted one motorist and responded to one alarm.
SATURDAY — Officers issued five traffic warnings and responded to one alarm.
SUNDAY — Officers issued one traffic citation and five traffic warnings.
SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a bicycle was taken.
